Dude, seriously, this is not a political thread. At all. There is no reason to interject politics into people checking in on each other. I started this thread so people could let other people know how they’re doing with the COVID19 thing. Until now, no one has gone to politics.
I am asking.....please keep the thread the way I intended it. He’s got you on ignore, so you’re not bothering him. You’re ruining it for everyone else. I know, I know, free speech. That’s fine. Well thank you. Aside from my deception about being a human I am very honest. Heck even on taxes and such, I hate jail and such benefits of human society.
At 66 i have no criminal record nor even a moving traffic ticket. got some overtime parking tickets...
I do have expired plates on my Blazer though because the clerks office is closed for the virus thing.

What I meant when I said "thinly-veiled" was that the specific wording of post wasn't directly political, but the reference to where Crom gets his information, in other words, the inference behind the statement, definitely WAS political. It was a direct reference to "their news, which is all lies," and "our news, which is the god's-honest truth." So yes, I get what you are saying and I agree. But I also think it's not worth a damn to make an overtly sarcastic, denigrating statement, and then defend it by saying that you meant something different than what you obviously meant. I'm so sick of all this shit I could puke.

yeah that old phart reminds me of my departed father in law. What a duck tape and baling wire cobbler. Most of his stuff did work though. He once made a outdoor table cover from a big ol satellite dish. Covered in very well with sheet metal so it did not leak. much

It is hard not to think it's still Virtual racing. How strange that it is nowadays, eh?
I survived Scarlet Fever at age 3, chicken pox at 23 (i don't recommend it), and now this surreal bit of time..
But, COVID-19 has not ended us by a long shot; we will go on. Changed perhaps, closer hopefully, but we will still get to enjoy life on this planet..if we choose to. Cherish the small moments...they get larger as time flies by.

Oh I miss that show. Used to love watching that on PBS. adventures with harold was always a good laugh as well as all of his car modifications. He taught me the proper use of duct tape, it fixes anything!

Scarlett fever aint no fun. Had that when I was around 10 or 12 and back then was allergic bad to antibiotics, so I had to ride it out. Was bedridden for months. Hubby is talking about smoking another chicken, told him to get right on it. I think he's too busy playing with his bugs (lures).
Jessie is watching a dumb bird that's sitting on the porch railing right outside the door. You can just see what is going through her mind, lol. She's a little loaded on catnip right now.
