OKR Breakout Board

Hey guys, I've been working on an open source project to simplify building your own 50 Watt OKR t/10 box mod.

With this PCB design, everything has leads coming off of the board. The idea was to have only 2 leads coming off of the battery sled, making cable management a bit easier and organized. The PCB has all components incorporated into it including: fuses, P-MOSFET, Zenner Diode, capacitors, resistors and the OKR. The goal was to simplify the wiring enough so anyone can create their own mod easily. Here is the wiring diagram:

You can find all information/parts list/files related to this on our website

Full Disclosure: I am offering up all designs, files and wiring diagrams for free as open source (non commercial). For those of you who do not want to micro-solder the SMD components, I do offer pre-populated boards on my website.

I'll be happy to answer any questions.

You don't happen to be planning a Raptor 20A, would you? Work looks great though! Will def pick one up if i decide to also make a OKR.

With so many (Take the iStick 50W for example) new, small 50W+ devices being released for $40-$75... it's hard to justify a build with a 50W chip. I'm tempted but really looking for a 20A+ Raptor breakout.

Is there one being bounced around to push more than 6v and more than 100 watts?

Nice! That's going go be great! If possible keep that thing as flat as possible so we can cram it into some smaller boxes ;)
I know!!
I wonder when it comes out, the dimensions of it would fit in one of those wonk wired beast knock offs from FT.
I love the box, hate the wiring.

I've been on the fence, wanting to build a box, I think this just pushed me off.

looks pretty sweet. Would help me out a lot. I've been collecting parts for unregulated box mods over the past few months; but ended up grabbing some OKR chips as well.

What are the Fuses for you have listed in the parts list for? The "PTC RESETTABLE 16V 5A RADIAL" fuse. I've watched a few ORK builds before and seen some diagrams for them, but did not see this part used. I'm no expert by any means, just wondering why some seem to use it and others don't.

It's insanity! I keep seeing things like this, and ordering parts for "future" builds. I have everything I need for my OKR build which I'm drilling the box for tomorrow. I ordered 1 each of the unpopulated board, the semi populated board, and the complete board. I'll be covered when it's time for the next build :)
