Vaportek made me angry

So I heard all kinds of good things about vaportek so I looked them up and get they were located in sc as I am so that means fast shipping! Anyway I ordered a cloupor mini 30w and finally out came today! But wait, what the hell is this? I open the box to see an eleaf istick 30w. What the fuuuck?! Now I have to send it back and wait again for my cloupor...

i'd show them the order ticket, shipping ticket and a pic of what you have..
then id make them send out what you ordered and thru what you had to go thru, i'd let you keep the other..
but i am not them, and yeps that sucks!!

Have you contacted them? What did they say? First go to the vendor, before posting like this. We are all human and mistakes are made. He is a very reputable vendor, I'm sure he will make it right.

They need to send out your Cloupor 30 watt mod express shipping and include a paid return label for the iStick 30. Don't pay a penny for their fuckup.

You might want to keep the istick, with people having problems with the Cloupor mini 30w devices melting and catching fire while charging.

they did fuck up and u have the right to send it back. but just a friendly heads up there are lots of problems coming from the cloupor mini, may be better off just requesting the price difference to be returned. hate for you to go through all this trouble only to have it melt on you

I do agree with that. They should send it Priority with a pre-paid return label.

Yeah, I've tried both and we went with the istick 30 for my wife. Glad we did now after seeing all the reviews coming back on the cloupor. I want an istick for myself now, I'd say see if they'll let you keep that too.

That's how the cloupor's have always worked.
5 people each buy one and 4 of them will break in the first 6 months.
The other one lasts forever.

I do think it is also very important how people use them.

If you have one maxed out at .4 ohms and 30 watts you have to expect less life than the guy with the Kanger Protank 2 running at 2.2 ohms and 7 watts.

Hopefully you won't have any problems with getting a return label and shipping of your Cloupor. Give them a chance to diligently correct the problem which I'm sure wasn't intentional. If they don't just don't do business with them anymore and keep your Istick 30 watt, it's a very good mod. You can also list it for an exchange on the forum with someone who own the Cloupor mini, you shouldn't have a problem either way. Good luck!
