I'm not sure what it stands for either lol I just know that it is a coding language.
CSS is a style language for formatting your pages. And a shit show of trial-and-error getting your browser to render it properly.
As to the site, it looks okay but I'm not a fan of dark backgrounds.

So, It's still a bit dark. But I made the red a bit brighter. (Sorry for double post)
CSS = Cascading Style Sheets. It's basically just window dressing for HTML. I have a ton of experience with CSS and WordPress, and I'd be happy to give you some basic pointers. My apologies, but I just have too much on my plate to offer more than that right now.
A couple things:
1) Your theme is pretty dark. There are a bunch of good (and free) themes out there, so do some digging. I would highly suggest something with a white background. Those colored themes are pretty much a thing of the past.
2) You need more content. Just read a juice review and honestly, most of the info you posted, a reader can just simply get right off the bottle. Describe your experiences. If you include the words "there really isn't much to say about this flavor", then why are you posting about it in the first place?

And perhaps review liquids that anyone can purchase online.
Granted that White Buffalo Vapers may make a fine fruity E-Liquid.
But I will not be driving from Ohio to New Haven, CT to try their products based on your or anyone else's opinion!
