What is the issue with this place? I have placed 2 orders with them and the first took 10 days to receive and now the second order, which I ordered a couple of days after the first order is taking longer. They post an order request for the shipping number within 48 hours but it does not get shipped until 4 maybe 5 days later it says it is picked up, then it sits again. If I wanted to wait this long I could of ordered from China, got it cheaper. I have ordered from plenty of vendors on the west coast and I would receive no later then 5 days. This is ridiculous!

Something seems to be going on with them and it is not good.

They used to be a respected vendor and that seems to be going down the freaking tubes.

Unc, we get picked up by USPS 3 times a day M-F and we still personally drive over any left over packages at the end of the day to ensure all orders go out. At each time we email out to everybody who was shipped in the batch a link to track their shipment along with some details of the tracking. NEVER have we printed a label and held a package for 4-5 days as the OP stated.

As I stated earlier this week this has been particularly bad for USPS. We have had 9 people contact us today about shipments not received yet. The longest wait was ordered the night of Saturday the 11th, packaged up and handed to USPS on the holiday Monday and he is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Even being the longest one we have been alerted of that was 6 days which the first 3 days USPS wasn't processing shipments. Every customer that did contact us today I took the information to our local post office supervisor and he is looking into further.

As for our shipping speeds we track very closely. For continental US customers 96% of all packages arrive withing 3 days of the order, 3% are 4-5 days and less than 1% goes over the 5 days.

I for one understand a holiday, but something else is going on. I will not be buying from you guys again.

I'm sorry to hear your shipment is not arriving to you as quick as it should. While we can never be 100% we are always striving for it. Please provide me some details of the order either in the thread, PM or through our contact page on our website so we can look into what has happened with this order and your previous.

Glad a resolution was reached, I've ordered from them twice and have been very happy with the timely manner my order arrived. I ordered once during Black Friday and once just before New Years and both times, i was sure there would be a delay considering the times I ordered BUT, they arrived on time and was even shipped quicker than expected (from the time I received email with track# to actual acceptance of package.)!

101Vape has always given me speedy delivery. I once was out of town and realized I forgot to bring the charger for my ego battery. I placed the order with them on Friday night (tiny little order for like $3 or something) and it arrived on Monday morning.

The only issues I have had with 101... none.
On my end is not having enough money to get what I want at the time..
And USPS fucking fails more often times or not.

Hmm I have always hand great service from 101. What he is saying is correct I have had two recent orders from other companies that send out fast orders come in after couple weeks. The snow storm caused all kinds of problems and both of the companies are located in cal. One of my orders was sent to New York I'M Louisville they never go there. Not sure what all the confusion was but I do know something was going on. Oops did not notice the posting dates back in October. But I would never complained about 7 day delivery lol

I haven't placed a bunch of orders with 101Vape, but every single order I have, I've had zero issues.

I have made probably 30 orders from last time about three weeks ago never have they exceeded 5 days to Louisville I call that perfect service.

The first time I ordered from them it took 3 days for them to ship. I did get it 2 days after they sent it. The last time I ordered it was at night I shipped lunch time the next day and was at my house in 3 days. They were fine by me. With there prices on mist stuff even waiting a week is better than saving $5 or less and waiting on china, then you look at a minimum of 14 days.

How dare you, you were not in my shoes! I am glad others have had good experiences, I did not. I have the right to spend my money elsewhere.
I know it has to suck with everyone sharing better experiences than you've had. I hope maybe someday you'll have the opportunity to revisit them. I believe any vaper is bound to have a bad experience at one time or another, even with a company with rave reviews. Here's to hoping your order does arrive soon.

I've ordered several times from 101Vape...a couple orders were a bit slow to ship, but overall, most have shipped quickly and my experiences with them have been good. I will continue to order from them...as a matter of fact, I ordered a mech mod and a dripper from them last night...I have no reason to expect anything less than a good product and the usual good service...

You're the best. That's very generous. I don't really build that many coils nor do I have much problem doing it when I do it, so I'd feel like a mooch accepting the offer. But thank you so much. Maybe you can PIF that to someone else who needs it more. :)

Almost seems like USPS is strangling this company badly.
Took 12 days, a twice cross country trip for my last order to arrive a state away. While not 101's fault the shrugging "meh it will get there when it gets there" did not sit well with me and not one I was willing to sit on with a 150 dollar order with 50 bucks of insurance.
Last one I did that amount needed to be signed for and they did not deliver it, the posted a note and ran off to be chased down.

I've noticed that too...USPS has never had stellar shipping speed or accurate tracking on a consistent basis, but since Christmas they've really been in a downfall....none of my packages reach me by the estimated delivery date and on several occasions I get a delivery is delayed message in tracking as packages aren't updated or just sit at a hub for several days....it would be one thing if it was a rare occurrence, but I've had this happen several times in the past couple of months...

Maybe USPS should retire their aging postal workers and hire /retrain newer ones to fly/mainatin drones and deliver with drones......:D

I'm going to jinx myself, I just know it. The only time I've had an issue was yesterday. Didn't get the order that tracking said was out for delivery. We did get a 15" snow fall, though.

That happens when they lowered the bar so much they have only hired solo functioning borderline retarded IQ low grade morons.
Just last week I had 10 packages left at my door... 22 is my last numbers and got stuff for 42, 32, 12, 62... ok not funny the next time they leave stuff I am not going to let it slide and be a nice guy delivering it only.

No I love 101, I fucking hate their local post office tho.
First indication of issues... package went to federal way WA, instead of Portland OR.. ok 350ish miles out of bounds.
It went two states away instead of only one.
Last delivery was 2500 miles out of bounds and added another week of waiting.

I like 101 as well this is the first time I am having a issue with getting my order was supposed to be here Thursday but it is still in CA as of this morning. Not their fault at all its USPS

I hate that as well, my orders come to my office so mail comes by 11am. I am fortunate my friend is a supervisor there and she will send the carrier back if it is there

Well, I just placed my first order with 101 yesterday evening.

Keeping my fingers crossed that USPS will get my new toy here in a timely manner.

I've never had any issues with 101vape, or the product's I've bought, however I've had the USPS take three weeks to deliver a package from them, and even had my package delivered to a town 68 miles away. Thankfully the nice old lady who got it looked my number up and called me and gave it back to the postal moron the next day, which meant I got the package a week later.

Not sure about about a read that was forwarded to me by a friend stating that they're closing locations due to further budget cutbacks?

This might be what's affecting all businesses using them to ship Priority or First Class...

An update on my first ever 101 Vape order.

Wow and WTF!

Here is the deal and please pretend that you give a shit;)

I kinda got it in my head that I really wanted a Sigelei 30 watt mini mod after doing a bit of research and looking at the physical dimensions of all the minis I came to the conclusion that the Siggy mini was best suited for stealth vaping (not to mention that I am a fan of Sigelei as I own the 100 watt version) when I have go leave my nest and go out into the business world in my monkey suit.

Which I despise but a a vaper has to do what a vaper has to do in order to support his/her habit.

And as you all know the 30 watt has been replaced by the 50 watt.

An already long story which I am trying to cut short, 101 had one , count them ONE Siggy 30 watt left in stock for under $39 shipped.

(and yes I did check after I placed the order and they had no stock at all left in any color)

I ordered and paid for it late last night.

Everything went smooth and I received my order confirmation and receipt within minutes.

As expected.

What I did not expect was for my order to be pulled and shipped on a Saturday!

And I have a USPS tracking number to show for it!

You may now color me officially impressed with them:D

Now if only that bubbling cesspool we know as the local 101 vapes USPS distribution center actually does its job (?) I should receive my new vapetoy by the end of next week (California to Ohio)!!

101vape had my package in the hands of USPS in less than 3 hours. That same night it said it was "In Transit" from San Diego and would be here yesterday. As of today, the tracking still says "In Transit" from San Diego. I'm getting antsy. I have some batteries I need in that package as well as an Aero V2 I'm dying to play around with. A few more days and I'll be stalking the mailman outside of his house

I called the post office have a case # they are supposed to locate the item and get it to me asap, we will see what happens. I went on the advice of my friend from the post office here.

101vapes is top of the market at shipping. USPS not so much. But this time both worked great for me. Bought lil boy carbon fiber rda on Friday night it was in my hand at noon time Monday. I'm all the way in Mass. Great job by both services
