Congrats Cookies for Huckleberried

To any and all who wish to mix up a good cookie in honor of Huckleberried becoming a vu mod., please post recipes for her here. HUCK, will you so kindly post your favorite flavors in this thread for us? I mixed a few variations of a cookie concoctions and will test tm. When I get something good I'll post it!

Well, why not. Here is one that I am working on, and will continue working on once I get another bottle of cookie to replace the one that I dumped all over my floor (Note: When using a longer than syringe that what you're used to... pay attention! lol)

2-3% FA Cookie
2-3% TFA Strawberry (ripe)
1% TFA Bavarian cream (can sub vanilla swirl if you'd like for a bit different cream type)
.5% TFA Coconut extra OR .25% (or less) FA Lime Tahiti - cold pressed

If you want a more cookie flavor, increase the cookie to 3% and the strawberry to 2%, if you want more strawberry then go vice-versa. The cream is pretty flexible, I like to give it just a touch of creaminess. The coconut gives it just an extra touch... but try it with FA Lime instead (or maybe even key lime -- have not tested yet) for a twist. But go light!!!! Play with it a bit. Like I said, it is one that I am just working on... so it isn't perfect but feel free to play and comment.

I'm showing 3 different amarettos at 2.5% ea. You could substitute 7.5% of any one of them!

@FaitAccompli I am SO sorry for your cookie loss. That is definitely in my top 1 of FA flavors. I think everyone should make you cookies and send you the ingredients to do so! That sounds like a creamy, tasty cookie.

@EWS111 did you mean Blueberry? WOW, you like a lot of blueberry, lol.

What a nice thing: cookies to celebrate. I'm too new to diy to have any recipes to share.
But, I'm also new to VU. I thought this was a wide open forum and didn't have mods and such (not that I'm complaining, just curious.)

Well, if you've had experience with other forums in that past that are very strict with rules and moderation, you won't even notice the ones here, so much. You didn't til now, right? Granted I just became one, but even prior, there are no run-ins with mods, unless one of the very brief rules get broken.

Oops, no lime, I meant like. I tried 2% cookie, 2%vanilla classic, 1% coconut, 1% nut mix, 1% Vienna cream, and.5% rum...all FA. I'll keep working!

D, there's nothing wrong with this mix. Don't scrap it. The coconut and nut mix might have a buttery feel in the next day or so. This is very close to the Vanilla Nut Cookie, if you remember that one. It didn't have Vienna in it, or rum, though. I'd be willing to bet you'll like this more in a day or so. This would be really good, even without... dare I say, without cookie.

I heat steeped it for 2 hours. It's not bad, but it's not good enough..not liking the Vienna in it. Well I remember the vanilla nut cookie, oh yea! And I'm not sure what my problem is...if I have coconut, well rum just has to be with it.

! Changed out my coil, and yea, last coil was bad,

so I literally burnt your batch of cookies!

. I am vaping this now once again, and I did heat steep a couple hours. I'm liking it quite well, but still not was I was aiming for...I'm thinking of downing the Vienna cream to .5%, and adding .5% FA Custard. I think some apricot would be good in it too.

I do go for tart ones, too, from time to time. I'm all about the Marzipan. Nice toss in on that. I recently re-ordered that in a 30ml!

LOL!! You got me, there. Oh gosh. There are so many that blow me away. Tell ya what. Don't use Bread Crust flavoring and I'm sure it'll be great! Matter of fact, don't think about buying it, either. Your mail carrier will love you for life.

I love vanillas and creams. Tiramisu, Marzipan, Espresso, the nut flavors... most of the fruit ones, too. Pretty easy to please. My taste buds have taken a huge liking to variety since I found DIY.

I wanted to tell someone, so Ill tell you all. When I saw the thread "whos gonna be the next moderator contest", I thought to myself, oh its gonna be HUCKLEBERRIED. So I searched the thread to see of her name was mentioned yet, and moecat had beaten me to it. My next guess was rocketpuppy, so I posted it. I then threw out a few more undereducated guesses, cuz why not?
Then I find out, I missed winning by a hair! poop
No big deal, Im very happy my first thought was right, although my second guess wouldve been equally good.
Just felt like sharing.
