I've got a IPV Mini 30w on the way, but it won't be here for a couple of days. I received my Subtank Mini today and I'd like to play around with it.

Would it be safe for me to use the Aspire CF VV with the 1.2 ohm OCC in the Subtank Mini?

You could try the 1.2 coil, but not sure how well it would work. The CF VV does have safety cutoffs so if it's too much it won't fire. Also it'll auto cutoff after being on for too long so it may not even get the coil hot enough to vape before shutting down. I have my mini built at .5 right now or I'd throw it on my CF and test it lol.

You should have no problem, my friend uses the nautilus at 1.8 or so and it's great with the CF, as long as you're not below 1.0 you should be fine

I think you should be alright. I just don't think it will fire below 1 ohm. Your question was "would it be safe to use?"
It absolutely would be safe to use. Worst case scenario, it won't fire and you have to wait on your new batt. Good luck!
