You ignore me because you can't handle a debate. And I am not the only one to take away from your diatribe, that you believe nicotine causes cancer.

The fault is on YOU for your lack of ability to communicate effectively. So instead of jumping to your own conclusion that it's someone else's fault, look in the mirror more often.

Again, maybe next you should claim toilet paper causes colon cancer. We don't have any studies yet to prove otherwise.
It's not a "debate" when you're being a hateful asshat about it, douche bag. I love a good debate, when it's civil and you actually try to understand what the other person is saying; All you want to do is say spiteful, contemptuous things to people as you put words into their mouths. I clearly don't know you and you don't know me so why do you think I want to fucking engage in a conversation with you while you're being a total nasty ass prick about everything. I clearly said multiple times that I DO NOT think nicotine causes cancer but here you are, STILL claiming I said it does. That's like debating a fucking idiot.

Yeah, that was another nasty ass thing to say, you fucking dip shit. Everyone else here supports and encourages me in my efforts to detox. You use it as an insult, a jab, with no other intention but to try to make me feel bad about it. What a scumbag you are. All you do 24/7 is get off on arguing with people That's all you do here. Every single thread, you're the first one to say some nasty ass shitty comment. That's your right, I don't care if that's what you want to do, but don't expect me to participate in it.

In case you haven't noticed, I treat a douche nozzle like a douche nozzle. And you, alki boy, are a douche nozzle.

You claim I became nasty. Nope. Read back again. I disputed your stupid ass premise that nicotine MAY cause cancer. Then you started crying about the sand in your vagina.

You have to be the stupidest fucker I have ever had the displeasure to chat with.

Bullshit. There is no proof that nicotine causes cancer but there is also no proof that it doesn't cause cancer. I stand by that statement. And I wasn't even talking to you in the first place, so if I'm not even talking directly to you, what is the point of your being so god damn combative about everything? It's fucking tiresome. I love a good debate, but I'm not about debating and arguing all day long like you are. I had enough of that shit with my ex girlfriends so unless you want to bend over and let me fuck you first, don't assume I have any desire to argue with you all the time. Got it?

The problem with those ex's wasn't them, it was you. You are pretty quick to blame everyone else for your problems. Just like now, you "don't want to argue," but here you are......

You can keep your **** erotic thoughts to your drunken self too, while you are at it.

Chill guys (or girls).

Just because nothing is proven either way doesn't mean you have to fight about it.
Just because people have different opinions, doesn't mean there needs to be insulting and fighting.

Also keep in mind that we all come from different cultures and societies and will perceive different things as rude and ok.
Somebody that is considered polite by New York City standards might be considered rude by London England standards.

My only issue with the premise of using phrases like "no proof that it doesn't cause cancer" is that you could say that about a lot of things, probably most things. But when you say it about a specific substance (for example, nicotine) it appears to put the substance into a suspect category.

There is no proof that breast milk doesn't cause cancer.

25 mg nicotine = 25 cigarettes ( a cigarette has about one mg nicotine). Consider the size of your tank and how fast it empties. It's easy to vape 3 milliliters of juice per day. That would equal 75 mg of nicotine, the equivalent of close to four packs of smokes. (25 mg means 25mg/ml)...

Nicotine, in and of itself, is not really harmful to the human body. And is being studied for help with several problems, from dementia to Parkinson's disease. I see no good reason to stop using it.

In this one instance I wish I hadn't been drinking all night and could remember the link but I recently read a study that "confirmed" that an analog cig only contains .8-1.2mg per depending on the brand and only about 10% is absorbed through inhalation.
The other 90% is lost in the filter.
if this study is true then all of you 24mg guys are way over the top and it's no wonder you get the jitters...
a 10 mil bottle of 24mg should last almost a week and a half according to this study.

Also, if this study is correct then vaping would be a MUCH more effective delivery system since there is nothing between the vapor and capillaries.

According to California, anything worth while.causes cancer......

I've seen on some sites a maximum of 15 ml of nicotine, like Joy Flavor, are there any companies that have e juice with a higher concentration of nicotine?

Generally you can buy juice in mgs up to 24mg, although some places only go to 18mg. What have you tried?

Wow, thanks! So far I have tried 12mg apple tobacco from Zeus Juice, 15 ml tobacco from Joy Flavor, and one other I forgot the name. I just started so I'm trying to find a favorite. Thanks again

the 12mg is the strength - the 15ml is the amount in the bottle! If that wasn't enough nicotine try a juice with 18mg.

Oh god! Hahah I'm such a newbie!! Sorry for the confusion and thank you for the clarification. I tried 15 mg, and it was pretty good, I just have a feeling on my craving days I will need something with more kick so the 18mg should do just fine. Thanks!

I'm no Dr, but since I've dropped my nic level down, my bp is also down. It makes sense to me, at least. So many things can affect BP. Diet, stress...

No...
Nicotine is absorbed much faster into mucous membranes (lung tissue) with smoke than vapor.
The comparison is not valid.

Got proof?
You're only getting a small percentage of nic from a cig (most is lost in the filter)while the percentage of absorbed nic through vaping is much higher.
Ex:how hard is it to get nic sick from cigs alone?
you have to try pretty hard but on the flip side, its actually very easy to get nic sick while vaping.
I think nonicnicks equations might be exadurated a bit but vaping is definitely a more efficient delivery system.

I dissagree with this as well. I get a buzz much faster and easier of a cigg than vaping.

You can't do a direct comparison of cig nic to vaping nic.
Too many variables.

For cigs you have the Brand, Strength, length of cig, how many puffs (anytime your not inhaling, it's being lost to the environment), and how long you hold in the smoke. Plus, cigs have chemicals to greatly amplify the effects of the nicotine and make your body develop an addiction.

For vaping you mainly have the amount of vapor and how long your holding it in your lungs. And no chemicals that amplify the effects of the nic.

I'd get nic-sick from cigars, and not breath any of it into the lungs. At 6mg vaping @ .4ohms, I don't feel nauseous at all

Bullshit indeed. You can not prove a negative in any situation.

There is no product in the world that can be said for a fact does not cause cancer. Nothing. Therefore the whole statement is just warblegarble, it has no meaning.

There have been no studies showing Nicotine causes or contributes to cancer. It's a mild stimulant like caffeine. It can raise heart rate and is a vaso-constrictor which can raise blood pressure. However even when I first started and was at 24mg or higher as needed, my blood pressure was well in normal specs.

To the OG question, use what you need to stop the cravings being mindful of possible signs of over nic syndrome. It's better to use more and quit than to not use enough and fail to quit the stinkies. IIRC Dr. Farselinos recced up to 50mg for those just starting who were very heavy smokers like I was. I never went that high but I did break 30 in the first weeks. Now 2 years later I use between 6-10 depending on how I feel and my brother who started vaping the same day I did weaned down completely and has been nic free for well over a year. Still vaping, just zero nic juice. It still helps the psychological urges for smoke and the hand mouth fiddling that's so much of our smoking habit.

The nic is only a tiny part of the addiction which imo is why other nicotine replacement therapies have such lousy results over time. Trust me, I tried them all, only hi nic vaping worked.

EVERYTHING you are putting in your body, can cause cancer. Thank the FDA for that. They approves all this SHIT that is stuffed in your food, making it preserve longer.
Agreed! Anything you eat or use on a daily basis can cause cancer. All the shots/meds/xrays also can cause cancer! There is a cure for all cancer's, but it's better to make money off sick people than to heal them! Here's a question for all. Who owns a vast majority of the food companies you eat on a daily basis? The HEAD OWNER of all the companies like Post Cereal-Prego/Ragu Sauces-Coke/Pepsi ??? I know do you?

Do ya'll know the FDA/USDA ONLY inspect 3% of All Foods Imported to the US? So the other 97% will make you sick! Did you know 85% of our foods are imported, NOT exported! But I'll leave this here ;) ... Just answer my original question, and if you get it right I may give you a cookie :p

I've been vaping 24mg juice since I started 3.5 years ago, Five Pawns recently discontinued 24 so down to 18 on the Castle Long…one of my favorites, the difference is so slight I'll likely stick with 18 across the board, the throat hit is slightly less but not enough less to bother me, I use Kayfun Lites exclusively…I'm definitely not seeing any ill effects from the 24, but who knows…I'll get back to you in 5 years.

I've got nic dizzy from analogs. We were quick puffing a smoke outside school back in the 70's so we could get to class. Full strength cigarettes..

When using 510 sticks and eGOs, I used 36mg. Anything less wasn't enough. With Kayfun and similar RBAs, 24 is enough. With sub-ohm RDA, 12mg is about right, but go higher when I need a stiff fix. Used 36mg for 5 or 6 yrs and no ill effect other than was able to quit cigarettes.

I tell people that the nic keeps me from getting stabby. They think I'm joking. Me, I'm not so sure :D

On the nic/cancer thing - when you extract nicotine from tobacco plant, you also get some trace amounts of nitrosamines, which end up in the final product. Nitrosamines at high levels are considered carcinogenic. But, there's also nitrosamines in celery, bacon, hot dogs, and tons of other things we consume daily. And, tests showed that the nitrosamines in ecigs aren't any higher (and in some cases were less) than what's in the nic gum, the patch, etc. I'm not giving up my bacon and I'm not giving up my ecig.
