So, I guess we should also ban flavored vodka and beer as well. This really annoys the hell out of me....

Not even going to read the article in full because I know it's going to be filled with tons of bullshit.

Real candy will probably do more harm to a teenager's health than candy flavored no-nic e-juice. I'm not using that as an argument, just felt like saying it, because there's a good chance it's probably true.

Isn't it ridiculous the things the government will do to 1)take away our personal liberties 2)protect their kick backs etc. from big industry? They KNOW e-juice is going to KILL Big Tobacco and they're scared of it! Everyone should write their representatives and tell them how they feel about bills like this. This link can help: http://www.contactingthecongress.org/ (sorry... the activist in me is Stong. lol)

They always use the protect the children argument. But what their really saying is we want to protect our own purses and power, because big tobacco gives us big money.

This seems a bit redundant, with the FDA deeming regs. Both of my senators, here in Mass are against ecigs. One is on the fda health committee, the other is on the commerce committee. when I watched cspan last week, I couldn't help thinking how rigged this is. Senator Boxer from Cali was talking to a big tobacco rep about flavors and how they are being marketed to children. The tobacco guys says that they will be coming out with an "adult" flavor soon, malt scotch (whiskey)! How idiotic! They hate ecigs just as much as congress and are blatantly working together to eff this up so they can go back to making all that money again from cigs and taxes... this shit makes me SO angry!

"Our kids are literally vaping these things up."

I laughed so hard.

Leave it to California to overreact. "Ban da Gunz! Ban da Vapez! Do eet Fer da Childrenz!!"
Pfft, fucking idiots.

I am so sick of my freedoms being taken away for the sake of children. Why can't we Vape any flavor we want. Just because I'm 47 years old doesn't mean I quit liking flavors that are sweet..Hey Law Makers, quit telling us how to raise our children and leave good hard working people who want to Vape alone. No one is marketing Vape gear or e-liquid to children.

I actually think that they do so little research on the topic that they don't even know that ejuice comes flavorless when it starts out.
I really believe when they see "cherry" ejuice they imagine a cherry tobacco flavor!
They can not force juice makers to put tobacco 'flavoring' in the juice because there is no such thing as real tobacco flavoring (besides NET and the other one.).

Tobacco 'flavor' is vanilla, caramel, nuts, and/or a few other things.

They are going to be really bent out of shape when they get their way and all juice comes unflavored.
Then you buy:
Maddcatt VAPORS 24mg nic unflavored juice (20ml's will conveniently come in a 30ml bottle) and add in a separate companies
Maddcatt FLAVORS flavoring (10ml's to be added to above 20ml's) to equal 18mg nic of exactly what you are buying now!!!!

Odd that you mention that, I have a company here in Canada that we are representing that is doing that exact thing. You get the flavor in a different bottle and add the nic that you want. Comes with a 10ml bottle and there is 7ml of flavor and another bottle of nic is 3ml, mix and you get 10ml of whatever strength you are looking for, for the same price. It has turned out to be rather successful for our vendors as they no longer have to carry a ton of one strength if it doesn't sell well, just have 5 of 12mg and lower and 30 of 18-24mg the ones that move the fastest of the nic then have all the flavors that they want. If one or 2 flavors aren't moving then they are not sitting on stock of varying strengths of said flavor, rather they just have the flavor, and they just replenish their nic stores.

vaping is just another way to show how incompetent the people elected to office are.. the ways around their ridiculousness is endless

I just received this from ebay where I was selling mods and tanks, And I just wanted everyone to know that they are taking sides of the FDA ruling that was shut down by congress of trying to control the ecig market. I closed my account with them and I hope everyone else will do the same to send a message to them.I explained that the FDA was shut down on their attempt to control the market on false information by congress and that because of their apparent liberal decision to follow through with it anyway they have made a 3 million consumer mistake. Write them and tell them why you are shutting down your account and take a stand before it goes any further. We need to stand together on this one.

I all depends on the working you used in the description.
Also if you are selling at a lower price then your asshole competition will report your listing. If they get a report they end the listing.
Also these asshole senators and ANTZ use eBay too. They could easily get bored one day and decide to report a hundred or so listings.

Remember: Ecigs were NEVER allowed on eBay to start with!
They have been turning a blind eye for around a year now and used to be super strict.
If someone reports your listing it will be taken down. That's just how it is.

Boycotting eBay makes no sense since ecigs were never allowed to start with.
It would kind of be like boycotting Amazon because they don't sell ecigs.

I sure as hell won't be closing my account because I sell shit (CD'd and sports cards) on eBay in order to make money to be able to afford my vape gear.
I am disabled and my little SSI check will not allow me to buy vape gear and afford to live.
