So, I've been rocking the Segelei for a few weeks, and I've got my builds where I like them for it. Usually 6-7 wraps of 24 gauge Kanthal with dual coils. I can run it up to 115W comfortably and get nice clouds while keeping the flavor. I'm wondering what you guys and gals like on your builds and what wattage you run those builds at.
The Segelei is my first regulated box since my MVP 11W, so it's been fun to play with. Before it, I was using mech mods and unregulated parallel boxes.

I don't own one but I build coils for my buds all the time and so far my favorite build was a strand of 22g kanthal wrapped around twisted 26g gplat at .19 ohms wrapped 3 times and ran single coil. Vaped perfect at 75 watts anything higher got a little crazy.

just like you i went from mechs to the sigeli 150, I have only built on it twice so far but my current is a 10 wrap 26 guage dual coil, vapes great between 50 and 60 watts with my 5mg nic juice.if i had any 0 nic right now i could probably crank it up to almost 100. it hogs the juice but the flavor is decent and its an extremely smooth vape on the mutation x v3

I've been rocking a Sig 100 plus for a few months now, and have a 150 on the way. Awesome mods. Anyway, what i've found is that when it comes to power handling, more wire or better heat dispersion in the coil is your friend. 24 or 26ga parallels work well, as do various types of twisted builds, but fused claptons have been my favorite so far. I do dual (1 kanthal, 1 nichrome) 28 or 26ga cores (i think i prefer the 28) with 32 or 34ga wrapped around (thinner gauge seems to be better here for flavor). Doing about 5-6 wraps at 2.5mm id or 3mm id comes out between .1 and .2 ohm. Flavor is incredible, vapor is impressive, they can handle 120w+ (since i havent gotten my 150 yet i havent had a chance to try higher), and the best part, theyre pretty efficient with juice. Vaping between 80-100w all day i go through about 2.5-3ml, and the batteries are down at 50% or so, so 4 batteries and a 5ml of juice lasts nearly 2 days of awesome flavor and clouds.

I have been liking the twisted 24ga I'm using currently. 6 wraps on a 2.5mm id. At 95 watts, it hits wonderfully. But I'm going to rebuild tonight, probably. So we'll see what comes out of it, I suppose.
