i get it its a presale ive tried to contact the seller numerous times and just figured he was busy and not to worry.Then I find out that a lot of other buyers said the same thing. I understand your frustration , I really do, and folks here have been posting advise for you, I really hope you hear from this guy, but like Joe posted, you have the advantage to use Ebay's buyer protection option, and if all else fails, you have a way to act on it.
anyone with less than about 99% rating, I just keep walking anyway. On ebay for 1 year, virtually all his feedbacks are him buying (except for all the negatives), not selling, 75% rating, yeah, I wouldn't touch that with your ten foot pole (not to mention my own)

Seriously wait 44 days from date of purchase THEN open a case.
You will get your money back 100% of the time.
It isn't like he western unioned the guy the money.

I feel the same way. If not up at 99% I don't buy. Can't afford to throw money away. Plus read feed back. Knock on wood I haven't been ripped off yet. And I have bought a lot of different things on ebay.
Im not gonna report anything for a while i just didnt want anyone else losing money. If you go to your purchase history and you will see the exact date of purchase.
Make sure you mark the 43/44 day deadline on your calendar so your do not forget.
Then if you haven't at least received tracking information of a moving package your can open a case with eBay. The good part is you can keep the case open if the seller is still sending the package.
Do not let the guy get away with talking your money.

As long as it has been within 45 days then they are covered.
The only way it could get shitty is if the guy mailed out a package full of rocks or something to prove he has a package that says delivered.
Then you would have to appeal the case.
I was buying rare CD's from a guy in China for $10 shipped and selling them for $50 a couple years back.
It just so happened that I had bought the same CD twice 2 months apart and the second one never showed up so i opened a case.
The guy uploaded the tracking info from the first CD and eBay sided with him.
I had to appeal the case and an actual human checked into it and i was able to prove that the tracking number he uploaded was delivered to my house a full month BEFORE I won the CD in question.
They sided with me and i got refunded.
I wish he wouldn't have screwed me because I was making $400 a month off of him for about 6 months steady.
Then out of nowhere he just up and screwed a bunch of people.

That link does say "delayed by manufacturer will ship April 20th".
The problem is that the eBay guy started his pre order mid March.
Also by him not responding to messages it makes it seem way more sketchy.
You should open a case with eBay. Just click "I never thought received my item" and the eBay process will end in your favor.
It will take about a week because they give the seller a chance to respond (which he won't) then they side in your favor and return the funds to your PayPal account.
Have you opened a case yet?
Actually his add said it would ship btween the 6th and the 13th. I was gonna wait until tomorrow so they cant say that Im too early.

I run my drippers high maybe between 80 to 110 watts max.
I have 2 different hammond boxes with dual 18650's and 120 watt Naos Raptor chips.
The raptor is a little different than a regular regulated mod.
It doesn't have the screen and it doesn't check for ohms so you have to build to it's specs.
It has a max of 20 amps and fires to 6 volts so you need to do the math:

So when I build I usually shoot for 0.35 ohms.
You can get an idea of how many wraps you need at what gauge and size here:

I have gotten really good at it through trial and error so I don't need any of that stuff but I wish I knew about it when I started out that way I could have avoided most of the "error" part of the trial & error
So at 6 volts & 0.35 ohms i'm drawing 17 amps and 102 watts.
That is the sweet spot for me with the Naos Raptor chip box mods.
I have one really nice one that has a voltage readout with a switch so I can see how much life my 2 batteries has.
Fresh ones say 8.4 volts ((2 X 4.2 volt 18650's) and I recharge by 7 volts (3.5 volts X 2)
When I flip the switch it tells me how many volts it puts out when it's firing.
It usually reads between 6 volts & 5.8 Volts all the way up.
