Let's get this started. Post a picture of your very first setup if you happen to have a picture of it. Do you still have it? Does it still work?

Here is my very first setup I paid $150 for them when I started vaping back in 2007 straight from China since there was no one around in the US that I knew of that sold e-cigs. I had to buy 5 of these I had 3 in Stainless Steel and 2 in White. I threw 4 of them away not long ago but kept this one as it still works , charges, and vapes. Yes that is my polly fill from 2007 look how nice and clean it still looks :)

My first e-cig was in June of 2012. I think it cost about $70.00.

After a lot of research, I had landed on getting a E-Power 14650 kit.
Came with everything including 30ml of juice, a spare battery and charger, Smoketech XL "Ressurector" 510 cartos and a 510 dripping atomizer.

CmdrRyker at CCV even threw in a free Aluminum drip tip to match.

It worked from day one. Still have it. :)

I am a fairly new vaper... so I JUST bought my first device. I am lucky to have a brother who is an experienced vaper so I have been borrowing his stuff for a while .. but this is what I decided on to be my very own!!! I've only had it a week. A brand new Tabeco DNA 30! Love it!

Wow like I say over and over people who are just getting into vaping have it so good. I envy people who starting now with the selection they have as their first device compared to the pain and misery the earlier adopters had.

No pictures of mine, PIFed it a while ago. Ego C-Twist with a large size vivi nova. One week later I switched to a big battery mod, and a week after that I started rebuilding. I joined the forums fast and learned how to rebuild even faster.

My first VV mod, the Ovale V8.
AKA the "rocking chair mod" because (for some reason) it has a rounded bottom and falls down a lot.

The CE3 - how I loathed those leaky little monsters.

Oh man, I almost almost got into the Ovale V8 but forgot why I never did.

It took me almost 2 years to even get into 3.7 EGO devices, another year to get into VV, and another year to get into VW.

I didn't even get into rebuilding almost 4+ years into vaping sometimes I wish I had but I was able to learn alot through the progression rather then just diving right into it.

Yeah, I wish I'd gotten into vaping earlier. But, it was a pretty good time to start when I did. No clone invasion had come yet, but a lot of options.

Of course, you couldn't just go and buy a Genesis or Dripper RBA without spending some real cash. Even "cheap" mods were expensive. I didn't have RBA's until 2013 and all the co-ops were in full swing.

I guess Raidy would have been appalled that his Open Source ideals of vaping got corrupted....but that's how it goes eh?

Here's one of my first built coils...ugh!!

3-something wrap of 32 gauge on a POS Phoenix atty. it worked, sorta. Until I melted the plastic insulators off. :D

Wish I still had a picture, but I gave mine away back in 2009. Mine was a black Volcano Magma. Kit was like $80 and was pretty much the same as blu which was around $120 at the time.

Blu baby! Huge mistake!

Lasted me til I got home to google real ecigs. I knew that the blu would have to have been a dumbed down commercial version of something better.

Ordered 2 ego twist 900 mAh batteries and a Vamo V1. Ran cartos, carto tanks, and UD products like Igo L, Aga T, etc.

All of these still work! My wife now is using the egos while she learns about batteries, I still use my vamo any time I need a beater (beach, airport, around the pool, etc.)

I still think the vamo is one of the best starter mods out there. Now in it's 5th iteration, right?

It wasn't from Vape Hut, but the Hello 16 was my first real vape. I had stick batts before, but I still smoked and barely used them, so I don't count that.

Ego's and iclear's are what got me off the smokes for good, and I still recommend them to new vapers with pretty good success. Heres a pic of my first entry into the rebuildables, 1.5ohm igo-w off my K-Go battery lol
