Hey Everyone here with a new introduction to the vape game!

The Rig Competition Mod is sure to be a heavy hitter :)

It comes in 360 Brass, 304 Stainless Steel, and Oxygen Free Copper

Oxygen Free Copper really peaked our interest, It is one of the most conductive coppers ever made, meaning low voltage drop and high conductivity. Pair OFC with a beefy tube and this is definitely a competition mod :) Made in the USA

Preorder now open here!

It looks simple and simplistic.. which I like, but what's in this thing that commands this price? I know it's not the OxyfreeCu..

So they've arrived eh Griffin?
Is the integrated bottom button deconstruct-able such that it may be cleaned? The intent of integrating the mod's mechanics to be as few parts as possible is great, but if we can't get really get inside to maintain the device..

It's a quality, American made product and the price is lower than many mods made in the Philippines etc. At just $160 for the SS it starts at a great price. The Copper still sits much lower than many imported mods, and with a lifetime warranty on manufacturer defects that doesn't involve shipping it overseas you can rest assured that your investment is protected!

Unfortunately the manufacturer has delayed the release to Wednesday (7/30) of this week... We have seen proof that all parts are machined now, now its on to assembly. Very eagerly waiting their arrival! I will do a full review and breakdown of the mod including voltage drop as soon as they arrive!

Sup Griff;
Where is it?

We have began receiving the mods as they are completed. They are absolutely beautiful! We have been very busy trying to get the pre-orders out as well as receiving wholesale orders and we thank you all for your support!

Honestly, our staff has found a new favorite mod. They are heavy, rugged, and built American tough. I am yet to see a mod that compares in terms of overall hand feel. We have tested the OFC version for voltage drop. We are unfortunately holding off posting the numbers until the team at The Rig Mod releases their engineer's tests. They will be performing a direct current test to get the most accurate number possible. I can tell you, however, that our number was very..... VERY low. :)

Thank you for your patience!

so sorry I missed that! Yes the button is deconstruct-able! Button, spring, and copper contact are remove-able and all mating surfaces are accessible! Although you may need a mighty long q-tip to reach the inside of the tube!

The rig looks badass. I'd love a copper one someday to add to the collection.

I love mine, but I need to know how to "de-construct" the bottom button. Mine took a fall with minimial aesthetic damage thankfully, but afterwards the button was no longer flush.....how can I fix this? Thanks!

A simple trick to fix this: install a battery but leave the atomizer off. Depress the firing switch and turn clock-wise! This should tighten up the contact and allow the button to sit flush!

Thanks! I actually got it figured out but today I had a muscle spasm and dropped my mod straight on concrete this time! I'm starting to think I'm not supposed to have this mod! Twice, the first time it got knocked off a table, this time when I dropped it, and not from all that far, sitting in a chair at a desk, but it hit the bottom side of the mod just so that it dented it in, compacted the side of the button switch so that it can't move up or down. I was able to get the button off and now I'm going to try sanding it down so I could possibly get it to work again. I don't know what else to do, this WAS out of quite a few tube mods my FAVORITE mod! Now I'm out $220 or something like that and haven't even had it a month. Been pretty bummed all day about it, my other mods just don't feel right in my hand now.....

And what will OFC copper do for our vaping experience is it that much better? than regular copper?
And why does it have that weird tower thing on it that looks like a radio tower

Are there metallurgical certification papers that verify the copper to be oxygen free? And if so, will a copy be available with the purchase of one of the copper mods?

Just to let everyone know OFC copper is used mainly in high sensitivity instruments it is 99.99 percent oxygen free
Regular copper is 99.90 percent oxygen free ... As in the audio industry OFC cables do nothing at all for electrical conductivity
This has been tested over and over and over... Its a poor marketing tool used by the whole industry mostly in Audio and professional Audio for dummies that are willing to pay extra for it.... I have OFC cables non OFC cables no difference in the audible range now they are usefull though in the wiring of Atomic weapons and Colliders besiders for that ummm not for the common man
