Gas station 'vapors'

My wife and I were headed home, and she asked me to stop at the corner store for her to use the restroom. Not uncommon for her. But the uncommon part was the sign in the window of the shop. Now, we've all seen the blu, vuse, njoy, mark10s and fin I'm sure i'm missing a few...... This one was the first time i've seen this oddest one I've seen. I remember they made tobacco too, I've even used their 'machine' and tubes but I never thought zig-zag would go the an vaporizor. Has anyone else seen/tired this? I didnt buy it, but I wonder how good it could actually be.......

My first one was a zigzag, it cost $20 at a smoke shop in a local farmers market.
It's basically just an eGo battery that plugs into a usb port to charge up. Has 510 and eGo connections.

Disposable top fill tanks, top coil, 2.3ohm resistance. Forget trying to take a big hit off them with the tiny amount of airflow and 6 second cutoff. The airflow is a bit less then the Nautilus on the smallest hole. The plastic tanks hold 1.5ml juice and even with constant vaping that would last hours. It came with one tank and I bought two extra tanks to use for other flavors. Used it for 3 weeks before upgrading to a Nautilus and iTaste SVD. Cracked 1 tank by using a lemon juice, but still have the other 2 tanks and the battery. I plugged mine in to charge every night, but think the longest I went without a charge was 2 days.

I guess it was a good starting point.

Considering taking it to work with me to kinda-stealth vape while working.
Figure it would be far easier to get through the security screening then my Sigelei box.

I've seen ads for that too. Haven't tried it, maybe if I'm desperate

IMHO, these things are enough for the public at large to see if vaping COULD work for them as a means of getting rid of the stinkies.

And I found that they did indeed take care of my nic cravings.

That is kind of how I started and fortunately for me I took the initiative to look up E-Cigs and found the different forums.

Just saying...........................

I've used generic ego gas station kits before on road trips. Just not that brand

i agree, kinda.
see if the general population only tires the gas station brand.....then may not work properly. OR set'em up the 'right' way, or get the right nic level. Cause the gas station attendant probably doesnt know. BUT, if they only 'try'em' or find VU and ask a bunch of questions, then i think they'd work just fine. IDK. i have mixed feelings about it.........

If I'm desperate for juice I've bought some from gas stations or wherever I can find, those Walmart juices are nasty by the way. Unfortunately if the crap flavors are what people get introduced to in the beginning they're less likely to stick it out. Glad to see more companies trying to get vaping products out there, just wish they'd start making something that tastes good.

Sounds like a brand here in the midwest, a locally owned company "Foos".
The kits I went through learning there was hope in finally quiting the analogs.

I'm seeing more and more ego and ce4 kits popping up all over the place around here. If they'd start putting better tanks with them I'm sure these could help a lot of people, but most of the tanks I've seen have been some weird disposable thing with I'm guessing really bad coils. Shame too cuz an evod with a proper coil is not a bad vape.

I am hoping that Zig-Zag's stuff will be good. One of the biggest obstacles to new vapers is the fact that the entry level stuff that is widely available sucks. I tried an cigalike... I think it was an N-Joy for a couple of days before tossing the damn thing. IT tasted like nothing and burned my throat horribly.

A local independent gas station near me has gotten rid of the cig alikes and is selling Ego kits with CE5's, cartomizers, and even vv ego's with mini Vivi-Nova tanks with Aspire BVC's (my suggestion, he actually sells a shit ton of 'em).

If memory serves me correctly.. Zig-Zag makes the papers for rolling your own cigarettes. I see lots of "odd" cig based co's jumping on the e-cig bandwagon.

Zig zag's flagship is rolling papers. Being in the tobacco industry, it's just natural they got into VAPE. Criss Cross is another brand selling VAPE stuff as well. Criss Cross and Zig Zag are both huge players in the roll-your-own tobacco market. These manufacturers see the amount of business from people trying to minimize their costs to satisfy their nicotine cravings. They're capitalizing on the opportunity for sure.

I have a different opinion on this: crap vaping hardware is the best way to turn would-be quitters away from vaping. Of all the people I've converted to vaping, the most difficult "customers" were those who had previously tried a disposable, or a shitty eGo/CEx kit to try and quit smoking. I'm pretty sure giving vaping a bad name is the real reason why tobacco companies flood the market with these atrocious devices.

Unlike cigarettes, not any vaping kit will get you hooked...

Got a friend at work started on an eGo batt and ce4's. I did that at my expense just to see if he was serious, if someone will actually quit on those they're serious. From there, I bring in better stuff on their nickel. I tried getting this dude better clearos, but he actually likes the ce4's and hasn't smoked in nearly a month. Long as it works....lol!

I've pif'd all my ego equipment. One friend just loves the Ego T-Tank I gave her with a few vv ego batteries. She's been using it for almost a year and a half.
