Was wondering if anyone has one of these yet and what their thoughts are. I was thinking of getting either this or the IPv4 for work.

I am actually vaping mine while I write this.

Its an awesome little mod, built like a tank and functions very well.

Even though it is on the heavy side, it feels great in my hand.

I think it would be a perfect mod to take to work as you would have to do something rather violant and creative to hurt the sucke!

I just hate taking my Sxmini m class to work. I already scratched the crap out of my Hana v4d.

My only concern is the fact that it's not upgradable. But $55 is really appealing

Where'd you get yours from? Gear best has them, but I've never ordered from them. Was wondering if there's any U.S. Sellers with them

Here is where mine came from...

http://www.heavengifts.com/Heatvape-Invader-Mini-VW-MOD-Express-Kit.html

From what I hear, Gearbest while they have great prices, they are also the slowest of the slow.

And BTW, I have the Blue one and it is not as bright blue as their photo showes.

And if you manage to dent or break the sucker, please let us know how you managed to do it!

I have both the ipv4 and the Invader as work mods. I like you can't see me taking the SX to work because I deal with paint and drywall. The Invader works well enough. Has a few quirks (at least mine does) but nothing really concerning. For beater I like it well enough.

I ordered mine from GB I think I am 52 dollars in it. I originally ordered the green but then was told they did not really have that color and substituted for the grey.

Last week would of been a good time to get on from My freedom Smokes as they had a 17% off anything sale and it would have been like 45 bucks. There is probably some good coupon codes for the holiday weekend though.

GB took 17 days from ordering to hand so if you want it quicker another place might be better to order from.

imo it is pretty good. I hear the board being compared to some of the flask clones. In power mode it is like having a 50w dna and with ni-200 it works well but I find you have to turn it up a bit higher than the dna40 board other wise it is cooler when the settings are the same. I have not heard others say that though so maybe it is just me.

I ordered one from sweetvapes for $55. Only thing that sucks is I thought I ordered blue and the invoice says black. I tried calling them and emailing right away, but I didn't hear back from the, and it shipped. Hopefully they got the message. Otherwise, I'm hoping when they respond, they will let me exchange for a blue one. I have so many black mods, and a nice blue would be awesome.

Considering I only use ni200 now and never go over 20joules on sxmini and 20-25 watts on Dna, I'm sure it will be fine for me. Looks small and compact, plus durable, so think it will be perfect for work.

Good to know. I've been looking for a knock-about mod for a while. I've accidentally destroyed a couple cheap ones by being a doofus and dropping them, or doing something really stupid like leaving it on the roof of my truck and driving off, only to have the mod fall off and bounce around the bed for a while.

I have only had it for 19 days so longevity is still up in the air but for a beater at work, cutting the grass, or anything else like that it is working good for me so far.

Its cool, I'm digging it, it IS heavy. Not sure if I like the adjustable top ring or not on mine, its different than yours. I've got at least 5 or 6 mods that I use all the time. They're all over the house. Right now I'm using the 35w dovpo & Atlantis V2, a DNA40 vaporflask and kanger sub mini, a HeartBeat Evolv DNA40 with a starre .25 stock sub tank coil, A rDNA-40 vaporshark & Lemo V2 and a IPV mini 70W with a Kayfun v4 and an SMY260 with a Mutation v3. lol

This is my only mod. Should I buy a back up?

bahahahaha just playing man.

I figure they are about the same in weight. I went this route cause I figured if the temp feature was crap it was a 50w mod.

Lol, yea...Getting the bug is easy. I'm always trading this and that, wheelin and dealin. I've got a vapor flask clone 40watt with temp control, it seems to work just like my evolve HB40 and my vaporshark so I think long as you use nickel wire, you'll enjoy the temp control feature. Funny thing, all these mods and the one I always reach for is that vaporflask, I think its because of the dual 18650's. I just love the battery life. and I actually use the eclyp. I like having a clip on my mod so I can clip it to my belt because I always walk off and leave my mod. I have one everywhere I sit in the house and at least 2 or 3 on my nightstand. I've got an Xtar charger in my bedroom and a Efest Luc 4 bay at my desk.

I've been really curious about this one. Since I have 2 BLACK IPV4s, I'd like to float the idea of trading one of my IPV4s for one of these invader minis. A bit of cash on top considering the price difference, but PM me if you have an offer.

I have that bug. I have a Hana v4d, black on black sxmini m class, the heat vape invader mini, just sold my rdna40 to buy another sxmini m in black and silver and I just traded my provari p3 for a IPv4 and $80 in cash.

I really wanted a silver body with black trim sxmini m class but vapiorshark is having a 20% off sale this weekend and they only had black body with silver trim. For a $40 savings, I'll take my second choice

I'd actually sell my Hana if it wasn't engraved because I love the yihi chip so much

I need to stop surfing these forums because it just makes me buy more mods

I have been using mine everyday now for about 2 weeks.

Once you get used to the weight, the thing us super comfy to hold.

I kinda freaked out the other day when it fell out of my shirt pocket then I kinda laughed at myself when I fully realized it was this mod and not one of my others that hit pavement.

Landed with a nice "Thunk" sound and not a scratch of scrape on it.

Vaping it right now with the Favotank at just under 30 watts with a 0.50 ohm coil.

Very nice!

before you order, check with the vendor your going to buy it from and find out which version they have. there is and old and a new one. the difference is the new one shuts off after 50 minutes and remembers your settings. the old one shuts off after and hour and forget the settings. this is the old one: the new one has a black sleeve around it

It's actually a really good out and about device. Not quite as good as the sxmini m class, but give a nice vape and is built like a Mack truck.

Next up on my list is the evic VT. It has a titanium mode. Not keen on the built in battery for worth a try for $60

So far it is a reliable mod. Mine has drywall mud on it which adds to its character lol.

I thought that at first too, but it seems that after a little vaping, the battery bar drops to half and then says there for a long time.. I used mine for about 2 hours of heavy vaping and the battery bar indicated 1/2. When I got home, I put it on charger and it indicated 3.8v. I then took it off and vapes all day without charging. I vape at 430 degrees and 18-22watts and went through about 8ml of juice and battery was still going strong when I swapped at end of day

Found that mine has an electronics issue. It kills batteries in an hour and throws off a terrible burning electronics smell. I'm looking for a replacement for the vendor on it. Tried 3 different batteries on it so far all having the same issue. It fried the first one.
