A few questions about how the average vaper vapes.

Other than this forum, I really have no insight into what other vapers do because I know nobody else that vapes.

I know you all probably vape in different ways, so tell me what you do...

How much (in ml) do you vape a day?

How often? Every hour, five mins, constantly, what?

How far are your drags spaced apart? I hear the term "chain vape" but have no idea what that means.

Do you vape in places that it is not aloud? I try not to because I don't want to get kicked out or something. I first got the idea of vaping when I saw this girl sitting in my college's hallway vaping. I usually go to the bathroom to vape when it's not aloud somehwere.

Do you "stealth vape" or do it openly?

Vg or pg?

Shop at local stores or online?

Rebuild or buy heads?


There's a lot more questions I could have asked, so feel free to add more.

OK, Lots of questions, but this could be interesting.

I've been vaping for about 1 1/2 yrs. I currently vape around 10 ml a day (sub ohm on temp control mod)
I vape whenever I can, or if at home or in the car always have it close by (never timed it) btw chain vaping is taking hits one after the other, just like chain smoking.
I don't generally vape in places it's not allowed, however I have been known to sneak in to the bathroom, or a corner for a quick vape. I mostly vape openly, stealth hasn't worked so well for me.
I DIY my own juice which is either 50/50 or 60vg/40pg.
I shop online because there are no good shops close by.
I just started rebuilding and love it! So much more freedom. I do however use some prebuilt coils, especially when I travel for long periods of time.

I vape with direct lung hits. I like my lungs to feel like they are getting filled up.
I vape about 15ml a day of 3mg nic
Vape whenever I would have been having a cigarette
I chain vape when I do that means hit after hit lol
I try to vape respectfully. In general outside of my car or house I vape where smoking would be aloud.
I vape openly
I like high VG juices
Shop online and in stores when need be
Use an RDA and a Tank that means I rebuild and use replaceable coils

About 15-20ml a day
Every few minutes ill take 2 or 3 pulls one after another.
I try not to vape where smoking isnt allowed but if no ones around i will or in bathrooms.
I vape openly
Shop both online and at vape shops
I dont use tanks, so i rebuild.

ml depends on the unit I'm using and the mg strength. Basically, though,10ml a day.
How often again depends on the mg strength. If low mg strength, it rarely leaves my hands. If high mg, a few puffs every hour or so.
I sometimes vape where it's not allowed. Depends on the situation.
I only stealth vape when vaping where it's not allowed.
VG/PG - I usually do 50/50 or 60/40 (60 VG, 40PG)
local Vs online - usually online. Occasionally local
There for awhile I used a tank that used cartomizers (with eGO batteries). So, for those I bought replacements. Ever since switching to rebuildables, though, I have been building my own coils.

Kind of curious on why you ask.
Are you a vaper? A researcher? Considering it?
Not that it matters just an interesting thing to asks a forum full of vapers.
Im kind of bipolar with my vaping. Some days im one one tank all day those days depending on the tank ill vape anywhere from 5-10 ml a day
Some days im one one dripper, those days ill vape around 15-20 ml a day
Other days like today I've bounced between 4 different tanks and 5 different drippers, changing flavors, changing styles some for flavor other for clouds and I've gone through about 25ml of 2 mg max vg juice since 7 this morning and it is now midninght(ish)
Usually though I stick with rebuildables between 35w and 90w depending on what im using.
I do use subohm tank at times though around 33w on a temp control mod
An average day when I go to work and then errands and what not I have a 60w temp limiting mod with me, a tank for driving and a dripper for the rest of the time and ill vape through a 15ml bottle.
Im typically a chain vaper, if im in someone's office or a meeting I obviously wont vape but the rest of the time im pretty much always vaping, sometimes stealth with a small backup mod/rba

For me about 3ish mils a day. Me I'm running about 4 volts with 1.6 ohm aspire bvc coils, ce5 and k1 tanks.

About 10 ml a day using a Fogger and Russian 91% tanks, also drip occasionally with my Patriot RDA.

For me it depends on the day a work day 3 to 4 ml weekend maybe 6 to 8 ml. Sometimes more. I'm into rebuilding my coils rewicking which goes hand in hand still a work in progress.

I'm retired and have nothing to do really other than watch a lot of TV
and vape.. Today I'm vaping 3 mods in rotation, each with a different flavor that prevents flavor burnout..
I take a vape whenever I feel the need for a nicotine fix, sometimes I chain vape for effect..When I'm in the mood to blow some serious clouds I drip on a RDA like my Dark Horse..
On average I vape probly 15-20 mls a day... Best healthy thing I ever did for myself was to quit smoking and start vaping two years ago now and still lovin' every minute of it... For me vaping is a way of life these days...

I chain vape. I use multiple devices and tanks, so I can change flavors. I DIY my liquid but also buy some store bought. I spend way more on gear than I should. I go through probably about 8 ml a day.

I'm definitely a chain vaper I drive in city for a living I use my dark horse,yep&el cabron rda's and I use my delta2 with the rebuildable section at 0.33ohm and my aspire2 0.3ohm stock coil I use copper mech mods for the rda's and my segeli & smok for the tanks I buy all locally and use 30-40mls a day starting at 1:30 am when I get up till 8 or 10 when I go to sleep depending on my kids sporting activities that's Monday - Thursday I fish at night Friday&Saturday and all my buddies vape in a 8+ hours I can burn off 40-60mls depending on how long we try to out do each other on Sundays about 15-20mls it's a lazy day I don't vape in the house or with my wife and kids.

I don't rebuild never got into it. I Vape on nautilus and subtank mini but need to fix it...
It takes around a week to use 30ml and I Vape 18 ... And 6mgs juice.
I need high or max VG because I dry up a lot w more than 30% pg.

I don't really have a simple answer to any of that. I can Vape 3-10ml a day, depending on what I'm doing. Some days I am constantly holding and using my mod, some days like when I'm busy I will go hours without touching it (way longer than I ever went without lighting a cigarette. ). In rebuild mostly on my drippers and my tank but there are days where I'm feeling lazy and will just go buy a few heads.

I like shopping in stores and do it when I can find what I want and its not overpriced. I still buy most of my juice from a local place, but I also make my own and will buy it online when I find a good deal.
