Okay guys, so I'm incredibly undecided and I need some help. There are two mods I'm looking between which are the panzer and the stingray. It could potentially be four mods, I guess, because I'm also not sure whether to go for the 18650 or the 26650.

I have the atty I'm going to use, though. It's a CLT infinite RDA with a .2 ohm coil build.

What do you guys think?

I'll get behind the Stingray, or even the Stingray X! I really like Stingrays, they just function so smooth in comparison to the number of other mods I've tried. Unfortunately, I've never handled a Panzer, so I can't give you a definitive opinion on which is a better choice.
Hope you go with the Stingray though, sleek and short, super responsive and so simple!
I have not!
Looking at it now its pretty nice, whats the difference though?
Oh and the difference between the Stingray and the Stingray X, is that the Stingray X comes with a hybrid adapter for direct atomizer to battery contact.

I like neither, but the Stingray is the better of the two.

A friend is getting a Stingray X clone from ebay. I can't remember who the maker is but i'd seen their name before IIRC. Looks fantastic.

I've got one coming from FT, the second one that was listed (apparently 1:1), hoping it's going to be as rad as I believe it to be!

I have the SXK (manufacturer for infinite) version stingray X and I can speak of it's quality. The machining is top notch and it hits hard, noticeably more with the hybrid adapter. It's extremely small as well, easily my smallest 18650 mech mod that I own. The redesigned button is basically flawless to me. Zero crunch and no misfires.

If you're into copper, look up the akuma and the Pegasus. Both are hard hitters for sure. I'd go as far as to say the Pegasus is my hardest hitting mech that I own.

Hey Jeremy darling! :) .. I sure do love my Stingray X, looks gorgeous, and hits great! Really enjoying it in hybrid mode, and I can't wait to set her up with the Ivogo Mephisto that I just received for review. I see some more vapeporn in my future :D

I Had a authentic Black Hawk Panzer it was ok but it had some flaws. The threads need to have the coating brushed off to hit harder. The stingray x would probably be my choice though. They look so much nicer and feel better.

My brass stingray clone is great, minus the switch, its terribly crunchy IMO--its tolerable though for <$30

Just ordered a stingray x clone, from what I've read the redesigned button is much better--again for <$30 I can probably look past it if not.

Love the stingrayX. Got mine here, ships from their USA warehouse. Top notch and the same size as my 4 nine.
http://focalecig.com/Product/SXK-Stingray-X-Clone-14031
Other vendors also carries them, But I can only speak for the one I received as far as manufacturer. Smooth button, stands without having to use the locking ring and hits hard.

I ordered the same one, got it today--48 hours after ordering! Anyway, great quality, smooth threads, ridiculously small in 18350 mode even without the hybrid connector. New button design is a major improvement over the old stingray IMO. Overall very happy. If I had to complain about _something_ I would only wish for 3 battery tubes rather than extensions. I'll probably buy another

Get the hcigar stingray x from vaperoyalty. It hits super hard in regular or hybrid mode.

I dig both. The stingrays hit harder but I prefer the look and feel of the panzer. I'd love to get my hands on one of those copper panzers that twisted420 reviewed

I had one of those copper panzers for a few weeks and it was super nice. I'm just not really into the look of the panzer like I used to be, ended up trading it off. It hit incredibly hard and had a great weight and feel in the hand. Just a little too bulky for my liking. If for some reason you decide not to go with the stingray x I still strongly recommend the akuma or the pegasus. Just picked up another akuma today actually. image.jpg

What is the difference between a 1.1 clone and regular clone.

Aesthetics .. from what I have gathered the other Stingray X clones are good performers too, its just that SXK did a better job at replicating the stainless steel wrapped copper tubes, and the milled logo and detailing. The other clones are a bit rough looking in that area, but they are otherwise the same.

Agreed here, I have an HCigar stingray x and the engravings don't appear to be as smooth as the SXK one from the pictures that I've seen. Still hits like a champ though.

I didn't like the stingray, I had both black and ss. Both of them had an extremely crunch button that immediately turned me off. As for the panzer, go SS.
Hit much better. My black one overheated and collapsed the spring.

That's the one thing I despised with the old stingrays. But the new button on the stingray x is a totally different design and works flawlessly. It's identical to a nemesis switch with the ring magnet upgrade. And we all know how smooth that is ;]

Identical outside of the lower profile! Stingray X switch takes a good number of millimeters off of your overall length;

Now I may be mistaken, but does the ring magnet upgrade change the button construction of the Nemesis, or does it simply fit where the spring was?

What is that beast in the picture?? I'd really like to know what atty that is too.. WOW!! I really like copper, I guess Brass would be a second choice, SS getting last place. I like the Panzer, Ive been told its a very hard hitter, and that goes a long way in my book. My wife id gonna kill me, and I'll end up atty poor.. hahaha

Id like to thank you all for your time and suggestions, my next choice will probably be my everyday, go to rig.. So, it has to be way past just "GOOD".
While I'm waiting on that very special piece to be inducted into my collection... I'll sit here with my Lavatube, and growl at that damned M-16. It's in 5 parts now.. and dangerously close to the edge of the desk.. just above the trash can..

Looks like a mephisto to me. With those huge post holes and extreme air flow it's my go to cloud chasing Atty.

I have the brass Stingray. I took the spring out & put magnets in it. It's built like a tank & hits like a mule. I got the "panzer" by MCV in the Philippines & I am damned surprised. Paid 18.40 for it, 2.92 shipping. Waited over a month to get it. It's damn sure worth it. I would not even blink to pay 50.00 for it. Wish I would have got two. Sale Mod. I don't trust China, but I like their Vaping gear.

I'm with you on the trust thing brother.. but as far as vaping gear, I had to make myself a promise after a bad experience with buying a M-16.. HCigar, Infinet, or better, even if I have to buy used.. hahaha. No more bull sh*t mods or gear for me. I have a KFL from HCigar, now, and Im sure Ill end up with 3-4 more. I have a Lavatube V1(gift) Trident (gift)and a Nimbus(gift) as well. As soon as the budget will allow, Im getting a Infinite Red Copper Stingray.. A decent deal at $45.do you remember the SKU# for that Panzer? I know FT handles good as well as not so good.. hahaha.

I was having the EXACT same quandary.. My answer turned out to be the DNA 30 clone by Cloupor, I'll get the stingray and panzer later. IMHO, both are very sweet pieces if they come from a good mfgr. (Infinite, HCigar, or Tobeco)
The DNA 30 should be here Tuesday.
