Not that I have encountered. I haven't had any juice pop get that far from the base of my atty. it's a fair amount of space.

How is the touch sensor? Is it finicky with juice spillage?
So I just got the iPV2S from vaporbeast when they had the sale last weekend and that touch sensor seems to be more finicky then the one on my iPV3 Li I haven't spilled juice on mine yet so no idea on that. It does work pretty well if the screen blacks out and you go to press the touch sensor it won't work untill you hit the regular fire button. I imagine it's a safety feature so your mod won't fire in your pocket.

That looks pretty damn sweet I wonder if they make a clear wrap for it. I would hate to see it get scratched.

The owners name is Eddie he's a good guy never done me wrong.
They actually have a sale going this weekend on the IPV3 Li for $79.99 with free S&H if you look on Pioneer4You website you can see towards the bottom of the page that he is an authorized distrubitor for their products.
That's where I ordered it from. Couldn't beat that price.;)thx mav.

Houston I just had some extra juice drop off the end of my dropper into the crease between the pressure button and the ring around it. It sat for a second till I could get a paper towel to wipe it off. Pressure switch fired right up with no issues.

So yea P4U is releasing another super high wattage mod with temp control. Will be upgradable to 200 watts o_O
What is everyones thoughts of this new mod?

Instock here : ecigaretteempire for $89.95 out the door.

Authentic Pioneer4You IPV3 Li 165W With Temperature Control

Pre-Order. Device Is Expected To Be In Stock Late May

The classic look of the original IPV3 with entirely redesigned internals. The P4Y IPV3 Li box mod is a 165 watt (upgradable to 200W) box mod with temperature control. This box mod uses a Yihi chip. One of the smaller changes that everyone will love with the P4Y IPV3 Li is the addition of a magnetic door, no more pulling out the screwdriver every time you need to replace those 18650s! Were you upset that the touch sense didn’t work on the first IPV3? Pioneer4You has included the touch sensor in this IPV3 model!

Temperature Control IPV3 Li Features:
  • 165 Watts (Upgradable To 200 Watts)
  • Original IPV3 Case
  • Yihi SX330-V3SL Temperature Control Chip
  • Dual 18650
  • Enabled Touch Sensor
  • Magnetic Battery Door
  • Redesigned Internals
I just got my ipv3li already had the ipv3 ipv2x and ipv2s the li is by far the best already upgraded it to 200 watts but it didn't give me more joules they need a update for that besides that I love it use it everyday with nickel coils in my artic tank 50 joules 480degrees loving it the update did give me the option of nickel or titanium coils which is nice and have never seen before guy at my vape store said they r making a ipv4s because they can't make a upgrade for the ipv4 to give u the options the ipv3li have so don't waste ur money on a ipv4

Man so many choices as of lately, IPv4 the Li the snow wolf etc, It sucks I reach a point when I don't buy anything just worried in a week something cooler comes out:) good thing is at a 100 bucks you really can't go wrong with this one it seems, and if something cooler comes out screw it I will buy that one too, damn this vape bug, damn you:)

Just a quick question to those who have gotten theirs. I own the IPV4 and just got and updated my IPV3 Li. On my IPV4 with a Nickel coil of .15ohm. with no cotton in it, it will show a message on the screen "Dry Coil No Liquid" if I press the fire button in Joules mode. However on my IPV3 Li (same coil and RDA... Mutation x v2) it doesn't give me such a message and fires the coil anyway as if it's in Power mode. Also it's reading that same coil at .58 and not .15. Is anyone else having this issue? Is my ipv3 Li defective?

TY in advance to anyone that responds.

TY.. That was the first thing I did. Was making good contact as far as I could tell. It fired soooo. And no I was for sure in Joules mode. Think I'll send it back, because even building a new coil of the same diameter and wraps with what I know is Nic 200 wire on a different Rda, it is doing and showing the same thing. Odds are, I just got a bad one I guess. But I'm not sure if the IPV 3 Li even has that safety feature of showing "Dry coil No Liquid" message on the screen like the IPV4 does. It was like all this before the upgrade, so thought maybe upgrading might do something. But it still does the same thing.

In my usual tendency with vaping, I ordered one today... I posted earlier In This thread saying I was skipping it, that didn't last long. My 3 is just so more solid than my 4, and at Mile High Vape Fest last weekend, amongst a shit ton of other stuff, I tried one out.

Vape Fests are awesome, was my first. This belongs more in the tank section, but being TC related, I'll post it here. I got a ton of stuff, great deals.

I got two Smok TCT tanks, and a couple VCT Pro coils, they're the same tank, just come with different coils. I highly recommend them. They are awesome, so far I've only used the nickel heads, but the flavor is superior to my Arctic, and they hold 5.5ml, which is huge. They upgraded the Smok tanks, the coils look very similar in design to Arctic ones. Huge side rectangular wicking, organic cotton, and easily as much airflow as an RDA. They were only $15, kinda kicking myself for not getting more. They're about $20-$25 online, and well worth it. Makes building nickel RDA's almost pointless, especially if I can re build the coils. The drip tips are super nice, too, and regular 510. There's a top heat sink, and the tips are stainless, with a glass mouthpiece. You can open airflow on the tip to cool the vape, if that's your thing, too.

They handle up to 600 Fahrenheit, I keep mine around 513, no dry hits, wicks max VG like a champ, and flavor is excellent. Anyone looking for a new tank for their TC mod should check these out. They come with green, red, and black o rings, two .15 coils, and an extra glass section. Very highly recommended. My Arctic drinks juice, and has a tiny tank, these guys are great, and they look slick.

I can't believe I ordered an Li, I knew I would, lol. Gotta have backups for everything, so I need a second TC mod... Right? ;)

are you in joules mode with ti? try another build and make sure you set your resistance at a cool room temp so the coil isn't warm.

Can you tell me how hot the vape is compared to the Arctic? I have the Arctic and uWell Crown and both are too hot for my liking with the kanthal coils. They're fine with the ni200 coils. I just got the SauceCode tank and it's way too hot as well. I'm looking for something similar to the Delta II or SubTank Mini in terms of vape temp at the mouth.

But the real question is. Does the IPV3 Li give the notice of "Dry Coil No Liquid" in the LCD screen.

When I put mine in joules mode with a kanthal coil I get the "Dry Coil, No Liquid" message in my updated IPV3Li.

Cheers,
Steve

Only have used the Ni200 coils, and it can go from cooler, to hot and still have flavor. The stock drip tip is glass, with airflow to cool it more. It actually works well on the Arctic.

And @Maverik_X I'm definitely kicking myself for not buying at least one more, but I really needed to stop... Especially now that I've ordered the Li. Unfortunately a ridiculously good deal doesn't matter if your budgets shot, I'm just glad I got what I did. Crazy cheap, probably lower than wholesale I'd think.

I have an iPV3, 4, Mini2, and a 3 Li on the way. All three of my current ones are slightly off. No biggie to me.

@Maverik_X since you expressed interest in that Smok TCT PRO deal, and to everyone else since it's a great tank. The shop, Vapor Leaf in denver that ran the $15 deal at the fest, is running crazy deals for the 4th, one of them is $15 for the TCT or VCT. Tons of other deals, one per person per day. Don't think I can link it in this thread, but I'll post it in the proper coupon section. Google the store, and you'll see all the deals. I ended up getting another... Too good to pass up. Lol.

On my rda I could notice it a lil more cuz the positive pin is longer than the 510 threads so it makes it stick out a lil more but all in all I'm in love with this mod

First class is about $5 I think, that's still cheaper than elsewhere I've seen. That is First Class, though... Might be pricier to ship to you. I actually did get it shipped, seems silly, but I'd spend more in gas going there and back. Also, I'm vaping one right now, and still haven't opened the other, so no instant gratification needed :) I called and it should only take one or two days, it's already packed, I have a tracking #.

Your just one state over from me

Might have run out, or have to wait until tomorrow. It says it releases at noon for a limited time a day, one per day per person... At first I put VCT in, had to put TCT in and it worked. Good luck. They had a shit ton at the fest for that price, they obviously ordered a huge amount, that can't be much more than wholesale. It might have sold out... Hope you end up getting one.

My Li is scheduled to come tomorrow, as per USPS, and Friday as per eBay. It was dropped off and scanned twice in different origin facilities, last one Anaheim on Monday around 4:30. I'm hoping they just didn't scan before leaving, otherwise, they sat on it and Friday is probably correct. Should update tonight, I'd guess.

Right there with ya. All I can say at this point is it will likely be my last Pioneer4you purchase because of the crap they pulled with the 4 that I purchased.

I'm at pretty much the same point. They should try actually releasing a single device properly instead of sloppily dumping out a new device every month.

@TBCAmor thanks for the tip on the shop! The wife and I are moving up to Glendale in a couple weeks and I've been trying to figure out where the worthwhile shops are in the area. I'll definitely be checking out Vapor Leaf.
