I keep swinging back and forth between my Billow v2 and my Zephyrus tank. When I leave the house it's usually the Zephyrus because I can carry a spare coil in case my RBA build goes bad for some reason. The top fill method is ideal too. At home when I'm too busy or lazy to use a dripper, then it's the Billow v2 I'm generally using because it's so easy to fill. I just bought Sigelei Elite tank but I'm not pleased with it at all. Too hard to open, only two airflow options besides closed and a proprietary drip tip. It annoys me.

Other than that I'm usually using my DotCom RDA or my Derringer clone when I'm relaxing at home, which is most of the time, lol.

Does.it still wick up from the channels in that setup or just through the holes? If the juice only comes through the holes, that might create a problem when you want to vape your tank dry to switch to a new juice. Hmm.. if I find a spare chimney on sale (just in case) then maybe I'll try drilling through it like you did. Thanks for the idea! :D

BTW, have you tried using ReadyXwick with that setup? Seems to me that it would be ideal for it.

On to go vape I use an Artic subtank on my Sigelei 150w, vaping at 70w. With a spare Artic for when I run out of juice on the go, which is often. Easy to refill, good vapour, nice draw with good flavour and the tanks never ever leak.

However I am waiting on delivery of a Silo Beast to replace the Artics as my on the go tank.

Home I use the Billow v2, don't like the idea of carrying all that glass around town, but it's a beautifully crafted tank and a overall high performer.

I usually use my Subtank mini for my commute but my go to rig is a pair of Aerotank's, I keep 2 flavors on hand. I us them probably 1/2 the time and the rest is the Sub and 91%

I might just pick another Lemo 2 up since it's price got lower. Just need to either buy a new battery for my drill or get a Dremmel, lol. Thanks for the info, I'll definitely message you with any questions if I decide to do it.

I used a workbench vise and a 12 volt cordless drill. Its alot more precise than using a dremel, imo for me at least. I drilled small tiny pilot holes first at low speed. Start off slow with good pressure not to much, if you apply to much pressure it'll cause the bit to walk down the side of the chimney and scar it. Id suggest doing it that way. So that it gives it a factory machined look with perfect circular holes. Hope that helps ya

Looking at the goblin Mini online I noticed two features I don't like..
One is the airflow inlets are on the bottom of the tank.. These may reduce airflow when screwed down flush on the mod..second I didn't like the air control fins sticking up enough to maybe make it more difficult building it..don't know for sure as I've never seen one in person..
So far I like the Kanger Subtank Mini as its one of the easiest RTA's I've built on yet with true wide open airflow...its one of my daily drivers..just sayin

Subtank Plus RTA with a .1 ohm, 2.5mm spaced Nickel coil wicked with rayon. For some reason, flavor is superior to the Subtank Mini and there is zero leaking/seepage like I get with the Subtank Mini and Nano.

I'm also in the process of working through all the various configurations and possible coil combinations on the Morph Tank by EHPro & Eciggity (this could take a while). So far, it's performing flawlessly. Right now, I have a Super Tank coil in it with the Atlantis configuration and it's pretty impressive. Excellent capacity, flavor, vapor production and no leaking whatsoever, but there are lots of other configurations and coil combinations still to try including the RTA deck that comes with it, so no definitive comprehensive conclusion yet.

The subtank plus v1 or v2

7ml, V2.

I thought I was imagining things until I took a coil directly out of my Subtank Mini and put it in my Subtank Plus with the same juice. The difference was substantial. Someone suggested it was due to airflow, but I tried to dial it in to be as identical as I could. *shrug*

With the RTA in it beats out my Goliath. I don't know why it doesn't get more chatter than it does. Maybe because it's so big...or maybe I just got a special one.

After having it for a little over and week, the OBS. T-VTC. is my new go to. It holds 6 ml, top fill, air and juice control, and has never leaked. a drop, This thing has good flavor, and makes nice clouds, what's not to like!

I've been using freemax starre. 25 ohm on my Ipv4 at 60-70 watts. Great flavor and huge clouds. I broke the glass on it and am waiting for a delivery. Meanwhile I got a UD zephyrus and it is good but like the Freemax better. I also just ordered Ni200 coils for both to run TC. So we will see.

I have 3 Subtank Nanos and 3 Mini Nautilus' and I find I'm using the Minis about 75 percent of the time. I like small tanks so I can switch up my flavors often.

You know for me it's hard to limit my vaping to just one favorite daily mod/setup..
Been vaping about 3yrs now and my personal learning curve has come a long ways from the Provari/protank days..lol
That said I vape at least 3 mods in rotation.. I mean like I vape the IPV3/Dark Horse at 75-80w with a dual 24g nichrome build when I'm in the mood to blow some huge, thick clouds...When I'm feeling too lazy to drip I get good clouds/flavor with great airflow on the IPV4's with the Maganus and Herkales subtanks.. I have a Kanger Mini set up on a Provari just in case my sister comes over.. She still likes to tootle puff with the newer 1.5 ohm verticle coil that has a tighter airflow than I like for lung hits personally, but for my little sister its great...exciting time to be vaping these days, for me anyway.. Lol

I don't have a large selection so I don't have much to compare against... Right now my go to tank is my Ijust2 by eleaf on my istick tc40w... this thing is awesome! Huge airflow which I love for direct deep lung inhales. Now my nautilus mini on a variable voltage kanger evod battery is only used while this istick is charging lol...

My tune may be a bit different in about a week when my Kanger subtank mini arrives...

You'll like the Mini..I have one set up on a Provari with the 1.2 or 1.5 ohm coils and another on the IPV4 with a nickel build ..
At about 40j and around 300°F or so it vapes OK, but not great..personally I think temperature control is somewhat over rated..but that's just me I reckon..lol

After modifying the pins to work using the hybrid top caps (far left) the Arctic hits pretty good on my BFM and XXIX mechs with the .2 ohm coils..

For now the Sigelei 30w mini and a Tobeco Orchid V4 ..The orchid put my kayfun lite + back in the box.

28g dual micro coils at .7 ohms...Flavor that matches most of my "flavor" attys with even more clouds than some of them...Seems to be an older school tank but its one i plan to keep in the line up...I have the Kayfun V4 chimney and a bell cap coming for it from fasttech.

It will sit on top of my new Eleaf 100w coming to me as well to power ALL my attys and future tanks.

Triton has been my go to work horse for me as of late, just wish it did about more 1ml. I use a pair of those on a pair of Evic VT's. Flavor and airflow have been fantastic, the clouds aren't too shabby either ;) I was very surprised by the Triton, I think it's the best thing Aspire has kicked out yet and I'm not a huge Aspire fan.
