The technical term is a meat cutter but butcher is so much more badass, I work at a mass production slaughter house with 50 butchers we process approximately 120 whole pigs a hr so we hall ass with razor sharp knives

Oh ok, I know butchers. My dad was friends with a guy who owned a butcher shop and who used to do all the deer within a 20mile radius during hunting season.
I knew a guy who worked there who slipped and cut his sack and his nut was hangin out when he looked to see what happened. He was fine with a few stitches, but hes lucky he didnt cut his whole taliwhacker off.
