To each his own I reckon..this is the kind of clouds I enjoy..something I never could even come close to with nickel and TC..this nichrome build was 2 weeks old when this pic was taken..those builds last a long time vaping them everyday..this is dual parallel 24g nichrome on a 3 mm bit at .15 ohms at 80w on a IPV3..Its the
best build I've found yet for clouds/flavor

TC has to be where its at smacksy surely? Nice long pulls and smooth as you like. Its a cut above imo. I only half concern myself with the possible health aspects of stopping myself getting a lungfull of hot wire and cotton. I just think its 'the way to go' and as mentioned i just CANT turn back (been a mech mod fan for the past 3 years, VV devices where for POOFS imo back then. I still wouldnt be seen in the street with a clearomiser due to embarrasment. Im a dripper and dripping is what i do.

Funnily enough when i use a clearo like the Freemax Starre Pro i get a feeling like its 'game over'. I get bored with vaping after that. If i aint tinkering with my builds ive got no vape life. fuck its about then i start thinking its time to give up vaping like i did the cigs.

I keep a variety of mods and atties at the ready..I like the variety of dripping or using a subtank or even hit my mechs once in awhile.. They continue to keep me tobacco free...the most important reason of all ..

Personally i dont think this thread is about build whiskey. Just look at 90% of the posts that went before. Internet threads get a life of their own and its possibly not right to stop them but id leave them where they are personally. Im just ready to go back to talking about the OP intentt on this thread. I dont think it was ever or ever gonna be a coil building thread. We may get into coil building sucj is the nature of all this but truth be told it should get back to OP and im sorry for taking it too much off course.

To get back to OP then...... I dont take my ecig out with me when im out and about town. Im ASHAMED by what i do. Chucking clouds is not cool imo. If i do i try and be discrete. A wee rda on my soon to be ipv d2 will be enough. Too many kids hanging about with daft clearos thinking their the ticket or worse that i think im the ticket as clearos are below me etc.

Im going back to treating ecigs a a cessnation device and nothing more. sorry folks.

lol just leave it where it was Whiskey. No need for mod duties here. Just go off and enjoy yourself and let the place run itself is my opinion. that said its nice to keep things together but a vape on a butterflies wings in Brazil can cause fights in an anything goes forum in VU anything goes.

Sorry to hear that..I take my mods with me wherever I go..I get people asking me about it too..I was sitting in my 18 wheeler in a big truck stop blowing huge clouds out the window when another driver asked me on my CB what I was smoking..Told him wasn't smoking anything but was vaping..What's vaping? he asked..told him come over to my truck and see..I let him hit my mod a few times and he was instantly hooked..was a pack a day smoker for a number of years but now he vapes... I hear from him to this day via email...
I'm not ashamed to vape..in fact I'm proud to tell the world I've found a healthier way to satisfy my acquired nicotine addiction. I do my best to promote good things about our vaping when people ask me...nothing to be ashamed about that, for sure..lol

Best way about anything Whiskey imo is to leave it be, let it ferment and then see how it looks next day.I used to to be the most hard core rule ridden online forum moderator of 2001 and ive lived and learnt a wee bit that way.

Im sick of drawing attention to myself smacksy and thats the story of my life. To begin with showing off with ecigs was fun now its just more of a hassle than anything imo. Folks dont care for my (then) dual coil clapton coil. they just vape whats put infront of them. fuck can you imagine a life where youd rather spend your time with fastech forum people than real normal people with normal lives doing normal things? I do nothing normal and thus my ecig addiction bah..... i hate me and i hate me more for ...ach

When you think about it, it is kind of strange to see someone sucking on this stainless steel thing on the top of a box exhaling a tun if what they think is smoke. If you have never seen it you would assume it is nefarious. The small tube looking "pens" might not be so strange to someone with little puffs of vape. I must admit I look a bit like a junkie of sorts as I fill my atty or my dripper in the car. Think if that visual for a person walking by.

Try the exact same build using Ti1 topping a Snow Wolf, all the clouds and flavor of nicrome with all the benefits of TC

At .08 ohms 70 watts/350f will throw quite the cloud from an RDA!

Nothing wrong with your idea except spending more money on something I don't really need.. I'm not into nickel builds anyway and the 150w IPV3 fires my low sub ohm Kanthel builds with plenty of power and authority for clouds that have to be seen to believed..flavor is great too, as I always get a couple extra flavor shots in my juice used for dripping...but thx for your suggestion!

I was referring to nichrome, not pure nickel like needed for TC.
The small amount of nickel in nichrome makes it a little hotter than kanthel. I can get a few more wraps and the ramp up time is faster...just saying
