By "dry" do you mean it could use something sweet (strawberry, meringue, some other sweet fruit)? Or it's dull and needs a lift (a little lime cold-pressed or kiwi, maybe?)
Hard to describe. Guess it's more the mouth feel. It seems sweet enough to me without any sweetener added. Some vendor eliquid just has a heavier (wetter) feel to it at the same 50/50 ratio.

might want to try 1-2 drops of saline.. just an idea..

saline can add moisture to ejuice.

That description screams "0.5% Fresh Cream" to me, but if some melon fans have a different opinion, ignore mine. I don't especially like or often use melon flavors.

I somehow inadvertantly created a baked plum muffin? Wth? I have to try and figure this out!! Hope to sometime later in the afternoon... to be continued, cuz this is yummy.

Oh, lemme guess! You didn't use any plum flavoring, but there's vanilla plus some cherry/apricot/almond in your recipe?
cough up the details, Huck, lol! Creating your own plum flavor (I've been using cherry/apricot/almond/marzipan/apple combinations) is the first step in making the illusion of ...wait for it... pecan! That one's on the back burner for me. I've gotten something similar to 'pralines and cream' but not a straight pecan flavor. If you made plum without plum flavoring, you almost have pecans in that muffin.

In testing different flavors, I ended up mixing 1% each of honeydew and cantaloupe together. Tastes fine but it's "dry". Any way to fix that?

Edit: should have included that it's 50pg/50vg 6mg

I add .5-1% TFA Marshmallow for some moistness...

Got my order from bull city today! Wow....two days from order to my doorstep! VT nic! Woo hoo! Now I cant decide what to make. I am thinking hic's swiss chocolate, the kiwi watermelon vape (do you think a dab of marshmallow would go good with it). I also got a crap ton of flavors including TFA redhots and gummy candy! What to do with those? Also finally got fugi apple.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You gotta let us know your reaction to a familiar recipe with your old nic versus VT.

I'm a redhots fanatic, and I like it with Gummi Bear flavor added. It makes Cinnamon Bears candy - yeah!

I am just at a loss..

What is John and Suzy doing over at WL? Their nic used to be the entire best you could ever! get.

I honestly don't think anything has changed at WL, Smoky Blue. I used WL starting a year ago. I frequently bought small amounts, and every batch was consistent, bought directly from WL and from High Desert Vapes. Like you, I had no complaints at all. Until I compared it to VT, I simply didn't notice the smell and taste. I used flavorings to camouflage it, and I figured that's just the way it worked. The first tank I vaped with VT, I knew I'd never enjoy WL nic again. Nothing changed at WL; there's just cleaner nic available now - and to some of us, the difference is really amazing.

It could probably be paired with something else to make it stand out more like the banana/walnut combo, but I don't really know what.

(about FA Apricot) Actually, a little Walnut might be just the trick. If I couldn't taste Apricot, I'd do that.
A little Liquid Amber and/or Brandy will also boost Apricot.
Or try adding tiny bit of FA White Peach - just a tiny bit (under 0.25%) with 3% or more Apricot.

I have never had issues with the nic.they sold. Used them for a while, but like I said.. I get my nic privately.
I don't believe it is hurting their sales, tho.. so who knows??

I Have been adding .5 marshmallow to everything lately. To me it tastes just like sugar disolved in milk....sweetened milk like the milk left over when eating cereal. I noticed this when I added it to the cookie, bilberry custard mix. Try it!

I will mix my blueberry cheesecake with it tomorrow. Ive had a sore throat and the first mix was disappointing because of that. I did mix ssomething tonight that is turning out pretty good. Going to vape it tonight to make sure then I will post the recipe tomorrow.

Redhots and gummy! LOL! Thats what I went straight to...skipped tasting them as standalones. ..did not like and it was very cloudy. Is that right? I think I used 5% of each. Help! I was going for the Hot Tamales movie theatre vape.

The Fresh Cream helped a lot. Much smoother with a better mouth feel to the vapor. Thanks again!
If you want a sweetened milk taste try adding .5 marshmallow sometime if you have it.

Maybe I shouldn't ask in the FA thread, but I will anyway. Have you already played with TFA's Pecan, Pie Crust, and Pralines flavors, probably plus a little Molasses/Brown Sugar Extra? Or maybe you're hoping to do it without all the diacetyl substitutes (you know, so you can feel better vaping those custard flavors, lol!)

Oh no. Sorry, it was plum flavor. The baked plum Muffin was the surprising part. Sorry..... yeah, I didn't clarify that part. I'm not cool enough to create a plum. How badass would that be to do that, though?

Yes, Redhots has cinnamon oil, which looks cloudy (if not in the bottle, then certainly once mixed with PG/VG/water). 5% redhots is pretty danged strong. It'd be easier to mix each separately to find your favorite strength (3-4% each is a good start), then combine them right in your tank to find your preferred balance of gummy:hot. I like about 2/3 redhots with 1/3 gummies. Oh - my spreadsheet says my Gummi Bear is by Flavor West. I'd still mix both separately first...

By the way, FW's Cinnamon Hot Tamale flavor is pretty right-on. It takes a higher percentage of flavoring than I like to use, though.

Sorry for jumping off the FA track, everyone!

Awwww, bummer. But you know, crazy mixing can sometimes give you badass results. Those are my favorite vape events!

So how did you make your badass muffin?

I had like a quarter tank of an experimental plum thing, had to leave in a rush, filled it up with golden oreo.... something between the 2 mixes created a muffin with the really browned edges flavor -yum. So, I kinda played with it today. Just a bit ago, actually, so I haven't tried it yet. I will certainly post if it turns out, though. The plum flavoring is by Hangsen, that I got from RocketPuppy. It's delish! And, I myself, apologize for the FA derail, but they do have some tasty fruits, also.

On a side note, that woman has some serious packaging skills!

lol I just havent got that flavor yet. and I wont mention here that TFA frosted doughnut is pretty intersting. not really frosted doughnut but more like a spice or mixed spices. I cant decided yet, I guess I shuld just go start smelling spices but its kinda nutmeg ish and cinnamon ish. it does have trace amounts of acetoin but if you ever want to waste a dollar at bull city I would get it. bet it would make awesome eggnog vape or in pie vapes and stuff

Well hic as you know i have tried and enjoyed your XTRA SMOOTH TIRAMISU CREAM i have about 20 creams vanillas and caramels etc all FA. This was after reading all the threads on the other site. Other recipes i have tried sorry but they are all yours, Luscious Lemon Custard i have used daily for about 3 weeks. Its always in my mini aerotank on a evod, its what i use while traveling and walking around.
At home my fav at the moment is Sweet Coconut Latte I have been vaping it for the past 3 days love it so smooth and milky creamy with just a hint of coffee, coconut just in the foreground and its what produced that cloud in my picture, 3rd 10ml mix only using low nic 6mg or 3mg. The craving for stinkys has gone only now i'm addicted to vaping. New order going in for some fruits and other tpa stuff i need to make even more incredible recipes.
Thanks again Hic.

I think it's time for me to join the FA fan club. I just bought a few FA flavors from Bull City. I mixed up some Black Fire with the VT nic. Christ !!! I can actually taste lots of caramel now. I'm gonna play with Summer Clouds today. The aroma is very nice :)

JIMI D! Awesome! I thought you'd vaped FA flavors, at least tobaccos, for a long time before switching to mostly Inawera. In any case, really great to have you in the FA club!

That is one impressive coconut-cumulus you have there, shawski, lol!

How great to break that craving for smokes, huh? Addicted to vaping is so much better. I don't know if I'm really addicted to vaping. I have no trouble not vaping when circumstances prevent it. But I am completely obsessed with flavors. I even dream flavors, very weird.

I only tolerated fruity vapes until I got VT nic. Now I like many of them. Sweet, creamy, dessert, and fancy coffees will always remain my favorite, though. I just ordered all the FA florals after inspiration from @chickenmonkey here: http://vapingunderground.com/threads/parma-violets.7964/ Lavender tea and jasmine tea also appeal to me, so what the heck.

Did anyone else notice FlavourArt's new disposable hookahs? http://flavourartexpress.biz/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=1003

If I were in Europe, I'd give them a try just to see what makes them 'hookahs'. Pricey though - over $10 each. They're zero nic. Flavors are Apple (sounds like Fuji), Peach, Menthol, Lime, and Black Fizz (Cola-with-citrus). Now I'll have to mix Cola + Citrus Mix to see how that is.

I have tried a few shisha pens, HIC.. it's a pretty nice change and well worth the 10+ pop.. Nothing like a njoy, blu, etc..
I have mimicked a few.. sex on the beach, pirate's cove and a few others.. pretty nice! Good to see fa getting into it.. :)

I mix cola and citrus punch / mntn dew separately for a friend.

She always adds mntn dew to the cola. It's about all she vapes besides the occasional black cherry and lemonade.

Enjoy!

I did vape the tobaccos for a long time. But, I've put them down for awhile now. Take Dark Vapure for example. Before it tasted dry, harsh, metallic, with a slightest hint of cocoa. I had to steep it for a month, to taste any cocoa. Today, Dark Vapure is absolutely amazing. The cocoa is out in front, blending with the tobacco notes. The aftertaste is so rich and smooth ! It's very addicting. Also, I've mixed it with the Power Smoke ratios. That probably cleared up the overall flavor. It's like mixing with a whole new flavor line again. :)

What makes a 600-puff disposable worth $10? I don't get that. White Cloud Flings also claim 600 puffs, look like cigs, but cost much less. Is it just the tip design that makes these FA Ho-Kas a 'hookah'?
