My issue was resolved not only on here, with the help of @Wabah58 , along with several others, the information they provided was insightful. Did either of you two actually read any of the last 10 or 15 posts? I got a shipment notice, and my package is now en route to me. I even e-mailed the office, and got a reply within an hour. Look, I can understand being frustrated with the fact that the entirety of china shuts down during CNY, but you have to look at it this way, it's a cultural thing. I'd say that this thread has been the furthest thing from a waste of time, I mean, come on, we had someone post who personally knows the owner of angelcigs, give a detailed explanation as to the process that happens when you place an order, the state of things right now during the holiday, and provided resolutions. That's pretty damn impressive, and to be honest, goes way above and beyond by 100 fold any sort of answer I would have expected. Honestly, when I started this thread, I was expecting a few (maybe 5 or six) answers saying "hey, yeah, I got my stuff in timely manner" or "hey, watch out, it took me half a year to get a refund" etc. I'm not even trying to defend angelcigs, I'm just saying. They seem decent, yeah I'll order from them in the future, but there are some things I'd rather go to 101vape or elev8 vape for.

the title of this thread is angelcig problems,so my post regarded angelcigs used to be good,but isn't anymore,and another post was about how angel hasn't even acknowledged this thread,which I was jumped on about being lazy,which I responded with im not lazy and didn't know china shut their internet down on holidays,and my last post was about if I owned a multimillion dollar business,holiday or not, I would keep an eye on it

They still suck their inventory is sad they used to have a huge selection it's nice you got your product but it does not change a long history of "Suck" service.. Ok that's the last time I'm even thinking about them.

Hey guys, so I've placed two orders with angelcig. One on sunday, for about $80, and one today for about $10. Obviously I don't expect them to be shipped out immediately, but I'm curious/worried because I've also read a lot about people waiting a long time for them to ship, or waiting for it from china. From what I understand, all of the stuff in stock on their website now ships directly from their warehouse in LA. For those of you who have ordered, what's your usual time in the processing stage? Ordered recently, that is. I'm in a bit of a bind, because they're the only ones that seem to have BOTH the mods I'm looking for, a Dimitri clone, and a Slug clone. Also great prices. Any input would be great guys, I really appreciate it.

Great to see your post here! May I know if you received your order now? We continue shipping service during Chinese New Year break. I bet you already received your order right? That's quite alright, I really hope you had a great Chinese New Year, I wish there was an american equivalent. I think a week or two with family would be fantastic for a lot of people. Also, I did in fact receive my order, I'm very pleased!

It is expected, spring festival just finished. They will be consumed for another 2 weeks catching up what they didnt finish before the festival and adding in new jobs. This is why putting the worlds factories in one place is so dangerous.

Happens every year.. Most workers are 'seasonal' as in once they work for a year, maybe 2, they go home.

Just made an angel order, 1 of those $5 ek rtas. I'm willing to be the Guinea pig, we'll see what happens. Every company goes thru management and other issues that affect how they operate, its how they respnd to and fix those issues that make or break their reputation. Seems like angel has a presence here and I like that. I ordered from another china vendor that has a ppresence here as well and they gave me updates about my order, and I appreciate that. I don't fault any vendor for our mail system, us or Chinese shipping. I've had worse luck with usps then I have china, cuz once it gets here the post office decides to hold things hostage. For example I ordered from vaporbeast and it was supposed to have been delivered today. Last update I saw was usps had it in a sort facility in Cali, imagine that. Not the vendors fault the mailman is slow.

Fwiw Amazon orders go through the same "stuck in transition" usps delays, so it's not just some vape vendor or Chinese warehouse, its just the good old government mail system that takes 2 weeks to ship from Dallas TX to Oklahoma city, a 45 minute flight mind u, in the middle of June which I wouldn't call the busy holiday season. It is what it is.

There;s a lot of posts on FT and other sites that used Xiamen for shipping their products, nothing, I repeat nothing is moving or status changing.

I got both my orders yesterday. 35 days, and the tracking system still shows the packages waiting to be dispatched overseas in Xiamen.

I have sent the order number to Angelcigs twice and they keep sending me the shipping tracking number from the May 15th order. The order numbers are different. I ordered from them (because of the US warehouse) so I didn't have to wait so long. If this doesn't get resolved quickly I'm going to cancel the order through Paypal and find what I need somewhere else. VERY FRUSTRATED!!! Why can't I get a simple, CORRECT answer from Angelcigs?

I ordered a Geyscano and the website said ships in 1 day. It shipped a week later. Two weeks to my door from order date . The devices power button does not work all the time so I emailed their CS, who responded the next morning and asked that I provide a video of the incident, which I did. They said the manufacturer (YiLoong) viewed the video and they would resolve this by Monday. That was two Monday's ago. I have emailed them twice without a response. I could not recommend this company.

I finally got tired of being told my order was shipped and given the tracking number from a previous order, then told it was being shipped today, yesterday, and the day before that. So, I filed a claim with Paypal and isn't it amazing that 1 hour after filing that claim my order status went from "processing" to "Paypal reversed". This is after being told by two different people from Angelcigs that the order had already shipped. I am done with this company. I can understand if there is a problem, but not getting an answer or being lied to is not the way I want to do business. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!! I know Vaporjoe pimps deals from here, but I hope he sees the post in this thread and reconsiders. This is NOT a reliable company!!! I'm done ranting and I'm done with Angelcigs!

Multiple AngelCigs orders placed for me, never a problem. If I need to talk to Angel about something I send her PM after 8pm which is 9 am there and she responds back pretty fast.

Will continue to order there

I am not sure who Angel is exactly, but I have been speaking with Doris. I do not know if Doris is a he or she, but they responded usually around 10-11PM Eastern Time. That's not my issue at all. I feel that when Angelcigs thinks they can resolve an issue easily, they will try their best. It's when they have problems outside of their control that they seem to falter. Perhaps a shipment seized or lost on its way to the USA warehouse after they have promised they would have already shipped people's orders, or like in my case where they have to wait for the manufacturer to get back to them. Maybe they should stop promising things that they cannot deliver, which while will not make people happy, at least they will not come across as complete liars.

I filed a PP dispute as well, because I offered to ship this thing back to the USA warehouse and they declined, and now they will not reply to me. I told them that I would try to resolve it without involving PP, still no word. Last email I sent I told them that if they didn't reply by today's date (sent email before today) that I would be filing a dispute. Hopefully something gets worked out.

I am not unreasonable and I think if I had been given accurate information about this order it wouldn't have bothered me so much. When I ordered it showed with plenty of stock in the US warehouse. After a few days passed and it still showed processing I began to question it. When I went to the site yesterday it showed completely out of stock in both locations. I have had "Angel" on this thread and 2 emails from Angelcigs support replying with the tracking number from an earlier order. Then, same replies stating that it had been shipped and just not updated on the website. Just tell me the truth. If it's out of stock, so be it, I'll go find it elsewhere, but don't keep stringing me on. I did have to find it interesting that within 1 hour of beginning the PP dispute my order changed from "processing" to "Paypal reversed". Just be honest with the customer, it may save a long relationship even if this one order is "messed up." But, all the incorrect answers and what certainly seems like dishonesty will make this buyer look elsewhere.

Yes, that's exactly what happened. I ended up sending an email with the earlier order number and the tracking number they kept sending me and then the new order number. That's when they kept telling me they would ship it that day, which unfortunately did not happen. I ordered the Kayfun V4 clone.

I have a similar issue. I placed an order yesterday on the site with my visa, after processing, I received a message that something went wrong, but it shows that the order is pending. I'm not sure if it went through or not.

Im having issues with my order too.
My order is one of the new 100w I-Sticks that I ordered back on the 25th of July.
Apparently, it was suppose to FINALLY ship out this past Monday, and I was suppose to get it today.
But when I checked tracking, it has been sitting in the Oakland post office since the 25th of this month. Im almost afraid someone has hi-jacked it, or it was just never sent to me.
I dunno.
And of course my last two requests to Angelcigs have gone un-answered.
So I guess Im screwed.
