What's up peeps, I've been looking into some box mechs, and would like to see what you guys are into. So, what's your go-to mech box? I have tube mech and regulated stuff, but I'm looking into a dual 18650 box mech when out and about, thanks peeps! Post em' up

I love my Dimitri, it doesn't support the series connection but I've never wanted to vape at 8 volts so its OK, best part you can scoop up a clone for under 30 bucks now. Solid aluminum body and absolutely no wires

Don't look under the Bridge

I use two Phillipino mods every day. My favorite is my Munequitas with a Doge V2 on top. A close second is my Adamantium x with a Twisted Messes. All my mods and RDAs are authentic BTW. Now I have a Dos Equitas and a Stingray x and an Epic SMPL as well with various atties - I like my CLT on some. But for box mods the MunEquitas just rocks. I took it all apart and cleaned it last night as it happens. You can take these mods totally apart. That is appealing for me.

Now TBH, I can vape as well on my Sigelei 150W or my SM Mini with the extension at over 100W too and it is likely a better bet. Well there is moire voltage drop but you can control your vape much better.

As for series vs. parallel on a mechanical. Don't care. I want a low drop. Mine happen to be parallel at the moment. The guys I hang with have a lot of mods and we constantly trade back and forth. But if I had to pick one mod it would be the castigator (munequitas is a castigator). And yesd, they are not cheap. They are built to last.

I do like the castigator but I did smoke marlboros for 16.5 years and don't like the resemblance but it is well built. The question is now 26650 's 18650? Uhh

Thank you very much! And just for clarity it has 4 18650s. 2 sets in parallel seriesed together to make a total of 8.4 volts on hot charged batteries.

I would personally say start off with a parallel box. you can build into the super sub ohms pretty easily with them and they have more flexibility when it comes to builds. Everyone is different though so if you can borrow someones series i would definitely say test it out before hand. battery wise it comes down to weight and size of the mod. If you don't mind big and bulky the 26650's will give you a longer battery life, but i find most 18650 mods fit far better in your hand. Good luck to you. ill leave you with a little eye candy of my creation.
