Why do people still buy Innokin?

Innokin, while a bit behind has a great reputation and is still riding those coat tails. If they don't find a way to be relevant again, it will fade. Not everyone cares to find the time to fully research vape gear as much as some of us. We all hold different priorities. Vape gear is one thing, I'm surprised how few people research politics and the future of this country...something of real importance.

Also, as odd as it may seem to us, 30w is plenty for alot of people.

Personally, I used an ego twist and evods no more than 3 months before moving to mech and rebuildables, but come across people who've been using pen vapes over a year all the time.

My fiancee has used a VV3 for over a year now, she loves it and sees no reason to upgrade, it keeps her off the smokes, and that's perfectly fine with her. She upgraded from a protank to a Nautilus mini about 6 months ago, and it works great for her, sees no reason to change. I think that most of the vapers out there are like her.

I just got the MVP 3.0 Pro with the isub G tank and my initial reaction is that it's awesome...really feeling encouraged that this is my ticket off of analogs which is primary objective number 1...just my 2 cents...now off to buy juice I go.

Because most vapers are buying from B&M's. We are a very small part of the actual vaping community.

Btw their new 60 watt mod isnt 1/2 bad - the MVP3 Pro

I'm considering a Coolfire 4 with and Orchid for my driving setup.

I think they're catching up slowly, but I wouldn't expect anything truly groundbreaking from them.

How about a quality product. That seems to be groundbreaking these days!!!

My MVP was rock solid until I needed more power and lower resistance limits. Gave mine to a buddy and he's still using it a year later with no issues. That's quality.
When you make thousands upon thousands of a unit there are bound to be some that turn up defective. Looks like they're taking small steps in the right direction and trying to appeal to the majority of vapers (who are NOT hobbyists like us). Sub-ohm style of vaping is going mainstream, so now we're slowly seeing mainstream brands like Innokin test the waters... The new MVP Pro looks like a quality mod with enough power and battery to make me happy. I just don't like the looks of the thing. Pretty? No. Quality? I'm leaning towards yes.

I think it's a great "first mod" for people looking to give vaping a try. It got me off smokes but dripping kept me off smokes

My innokin isub should be in my hands shortly. Everything I've read they stepped up their game big time on tanks. I have an iclear 30b that was given to me that sucks nuts. However I know quite a few people who still enjoy the I clear 30s, even saw some YouTube videos recently of people rocking I clear 16s. To each his own, but I think with what they're putting out recently innokin has embraced the needs of the current market.

Granted it's my first subohm tank, but I really Ike the isub. Flavor is good and it can get KINDA warm at about 30 w but not hot. Running it at 20w right now cuz I put some 8mg juice in it, definitely stick with 3mg or lower if u go with a subtank lol.

I have a question for all the gotta have more power people - did you go up to people (if you smoked) and tell them hey you need to smoke these special cigs that cost you more?? :D Because you know - some people are just too picky for words LOL This is my motto VVV;)

I really don't know what you're talking about here...I don't go up to people and tell them anything, smoker or not..
However when people ask me about vaping I tell them all about it...
Most want to quit smoking, but I never recommend them to vape expensive e-cig look alikes...so I don't understand what you're talking about ..

I have the mvp 60 watt an love it. I'm still debating the isub g tank. I must be a wimp because I just cannot do direct hot vapor lung hits. I bought 2 packs (big mistake) of the 2.0 ohm coils for Isub (vapor beast). I can handle it but the when I vape I wake up people in my house. Each draw is that loud. I cannot use it at night. Will I ever use 60 watts. No, probably never. 20 watts is my max.
Yeah my sub tanks in general are loud, drives my wife crazy sometimes. It's not just a thing with the isub, which I've used.

I started on n Innokin EP. But yea they got boring, but my EP and VV 3 still work fine. Then they released the coolfire4 and I had to give them another shot. I really like the CF4 and now have 2 of them. One thing about Innokin, they make solid devices.

My MVP 3.0 took one hell of a beating over its life. Many drops to concrete, bounced around in my backpack, you name it. It actually still works, but the 510 is shot, due to a few drops directly to the tank.

Surprisingly, my Kanger subtanks have been subjected to the same abuse, and apart from one mangled tip and 2 cracked glass pieces, they've also held up great.

I can only hope the Evic VT lasts like the MVP did.

I just got a smok m80 on trade and the build quality half as good as my MVP3 pro, if innokin made a higher wattage or tc device I'd be first in line to buy it.

I still have 2 MVP's. They took a beating. One lived in Mesa with me for a year or so (that weather could kill anything in the summer). The other one was my work mod (it's 510 is a tad stripped from flying off a hi low numerous times ). They both still hold a charge and work as backup charging devices in the event of a power failure. Unfortunately one goes up to 11watts, the other 20. Just not quite enough power for the tanks I use now. I'm not complaining, they served me well.

Cheers,
Steve

Okay, I must confess that I only scanned this thread, TL;DR the entire thing. That said, Innokin has had some great products, and some not so great products. When I was first starting out, Innokin was awesome, they were noob friendly, and rock solid. I had the iTaste VV v2 (2), and v3 (2), MVP 2, SVD, and VTR. In fact, up until a couple of months ago when they were stolen, and subsequently broken, (by my sister in law) I was STILL using the VV v3s as my backups. Simple and easy to use, variable wattage, and square so they didn't roll off the table when you set them down ... :D

I also had a 1st gen VTR that was garbage from day one, the "spinning" tank mount was poorly designed and caused all the readings to be completely inaccurate. Once I got in the replacement (v1.5?) it was MUCH better and I loved it. Although it was tremendously better, I still wouldn't call it a "great" mod.

Bottom line is that Innokin, like every other mod manufacturer, has had it's issues, but has produced some very reliable gear that a new vapor can count on to perform when it's needed. Are they high end? NO. Are they latest and greatest technology? Again NO. Are they rock solid and dependable? A resounding YES. Do they still have their place in the market? YES. Would I buy another Innokin product again? YES, if they came out with one that would work for my vaping style and needs.

Innokin makes a great product for the beginner and for someone that is looking for a small simple unit for work.

Like other forums, this is a concentration of well, extremist. I'm into car audio and have a stereo that'll make you jump out my car. Most folks prefer their built-in thou. Same difference. Actually, my first real vaporizer was a innokin itaste vv 3. Can't believe I paid $100 for it at the time. That eventually led me to here now.

Yeah, hard to believe they were that expensive. I got 2 of them for the same price, but they were a pre-order on FT. By the time I actually had them in my hands (over 3 months!) they were everywhere here at almost the same price!

Try the new Innokin Apex tank when it comes out. I've had one over the last two weeks, and it's the best thing since sliced bread. It's only 3ml, but the top fill is the best top fill system ever made. Takes 10 seconds to top it off with a standard eye dropper, so it makes it seem like the tank is endless.

The best thing about it is, no leaks. Imagine that, a tank you can put in your jacket pocket without it oozing juice all over. I have filled the tank, and left it laying on it's side for 10 straight hours, and no leaks. Stood it upside down for another few hours, no leaks.

I normally use mechs, but use this tank screwed onto a Disrupter while driving now.

My problems with the APEX...

That dual hull must fog up somethin' fierce.
While I'm enjoying the hell out of this new 0.2 head in a PC tanked iSub, there's still little to show regarding development with the system.
Along those lines... with the design of the tank base/heads, there'll never be an RBA head for the iSub, can the idea work or fit in the APEX?

And biggest of all... the iSub "coil base as 510 connector" is tailor made for TC. Where's my TC head Innokin?

How can you have a problem with it if you haven't tried it yet.. lol But you're right, the window does fog up a bit, but not bad enough where you can't see the eliquid level. I don't even look at the level anymore, I just know when it's time to open the top and put two or three eyedropper squirts in there. Takes only a few seconds, and no mess.

I doubt there will ever be an rba head. I honestly don't think it would sell since their coils are inexpensive and work really well. They are a plug & play type business and getting very good at it. As far as the TC tank and mod goes, everything I've heard from the Innokin guys is, we are looking at the end of October. Also the new 3500mah battery designed for the TC mod and the Disrupter should show up around that time too.

Personally, I enjoy mechs with drippers, what I use 90% of the time. However, I own 2 Orchids, and a Billow rba, and haven't even thought about using them since I got this disrupter and the Apex tank.

I've got an isub g on the way and I'll probably eventually order an apex, loved my plastic isub til I used a tank cracker, yes that German plastic is not immune. I wish I knew what innokin was thinking tho putting the wattage buttons backwards on the disruptor, but it is what it is.
