For me, It has to be Bull City Vapor... They just understand the needs of the average DIY'er out there.. I would have to say Drew from BCV has got to be the nicest guy you could talk to.. Customer service is number one and they try VERY hard to keep the stock "in" as well.. These guys will do anything they can to help you and they carry the variety of flavor's that mean the most to me. I will always start my orders from Bull City Vapor and fill in my needs with the other sites after.

I wonder... I have been ordering from WL for a while, and I no longer need the plastic syringes they keep sending me. I wonder if I were to leave a comment in my order that I mix by weight now, if he would include an empty bottle or two with my order, instead of more syringes. Plastic, not glass. I guess I'll find out when I make my next order, especially since he carries Capella flavors now. I've been hearing lots of good things about their flavors, especially from the posts by [user]HeadInClouds[/user] that I've been fortunate enough to run across.
Edit: I don't think I'll be getting my bases from him anymore, though. I've found much better deals on PG, VG, and better-tasting Nic from [user]VapersTek[/user].
Edit to an edit: By better-tasting, I mean not tasting like anything. Just wanted to preemptively eschew obfuscation.

WL does also give sample bottles. I have gotten them before so I am sure a note would take care of that.

There are lots of good vendors and I think they are becoming more competitive in price as well as customer service. I can't just pick one and purchase from several which include Eliquimart, Bull City, Pure Vapes, Vapers Tek and sometimes a few others. I can't say I have ever gotten bad service or product from any of these.

Springs, just to clarify for others as well. We do not extract, although the pure nic we get does go through an extra cleaning step from the manufacturer.
The one thing we do,which we believe makes it all worth it, is when it is received we take our time and break it down to 100mg/ml. under controlled conditions so as not to do any more damage to the nicotine than has to be before you get it. What this means is it takes much more time to cut it,sometimes a couple of hours just to cut a litre of pure. If we did it as some I have seen do, we could have it done in about 20-30 min,but the quality would suffer.

For me I have to give thumbs up to NudeNicotine, Every order I have placed comes with an analysis of the nicotine and base. By far the best I have ever had.
For flavorings, Capellas and The Flavor Apprentice are my goto sites. With and occasional FlavorWest order.

Yes, I do like the fact that Drew has decided to put original bottles on the "menu" I also like to order the 4 oz bottles when I know that I like the flavoring....I can't say enough good about Bull City Vapor... They are the first place I start to finish my checklist of supplies and the bottles/syringes aren't even expensive...I would rather just order from them to have all my stuff arrive at the same time with FREE shipping because I always spend over 75 dollars...

I do like Nude Nic they are on point... I compared Liquid barn's nic with theirs in the same juice and NN blew them out of the water

Nude for Nicotine, I have no problem with VapersTek either, but Jake has always done good by me @ nudenic. He's also super active on reddit which was/is my home away from home. This is like my home away from home away from home over here lol...

For flavors, I still use a lot of TPA and order 4oz directly from them when I'm ordering.

In the past I've ordered CAP directly from CAP but I'm putting in a good size order from Eliquidmart tomorrow for CAP and FA flavors so we'll see how that goes.

I liked RTS and had read a lot of great things about them. That was until I purchased from them and received 4 of my 15 bottles that didn't have caps screwed on right or something, they had leaked all over inside the bag. When I emailed RTS they did (72 hours later) respond offering to replace them, but they wanted photos and wanted me to send them back. That seemed like too much work so I just decided I'd go elsewhere in the future.

I've ordered ECX before and they are soso. I can't stand their live chat online. I swear everytime I try to use that I'm third in line with 3 minutes remaining. An hour later I'm 2nd in line with 2 minutes remaining. That shit just bothers me.

Lastly, Wizard Labs, always reliable service and shipping, unfortunately constantly being out of stock, only offering 8ml, and only now just starting to offer CAP to go along with TFA and LA ... I've outgrown WL personally.

Bull City because I love that their FA and IW come in original bottles. EcigExpress when BC is out because they have a huge selection, even though their bottles leak. Eliquid Mart when neither of the others has what I want and they do (I mostly order FA flavors). And VapersTek for nicotine and Essential Depot for great prices on a gallon of pg and vg.

First order I ever made was from EcigExpress. I didn't get any leaking bottles. I would order from them again too. I spent enough to get free shipping and from the time I ordered to the time it was in my hand was less then 48 hours and that was cost to cost pretty impressive in my opinion.

I also ordred from Eliquidmart twice now. I didn't get any leaking bottles from there either the shipping was cheap. The first order I made was the friday before labor day and I got the order the following friday. The second order I placed on a wednesday and spent enough for the free shipping and had by saturday. Not bad at all I will order from here again I'm sure.

I also ordered just a few things from TFA and they shipped incredibly fast also but it was a very small order. I was happy here too.

So all in all I've been nothing but happy

I gave up on WL since they continue to fuck up my flavor orders and send me shit I did not pick. Not worth it getting 4 cinnamon danish when none was ordered...and the ones I ordered were not included.

Ecig for fast accurate shipping they are fairly close, 2 days from order to door.

Sheesh, new DIYer here, I am still looking for that one shop but figure I would end up using more than one. I have ordered from 3 of the companies listed above and most likely order from others before i get to know enough to have a steady one shop if that is possible. I hear you have to wait or go elsewhere sometimes for certain flavors. I am still trying out different Nics as well. One bottle at a time...

I agree with Smoky. I use the manufacturers direct and ECX is by far the cheapest on flavour art for instance. Huge selection and helpful staff for flavours you can't get from the manufacturer. RTS vapes for a few Hangsen tobacco flavors I use.

When I started DIY'ing, I bought from 3 different places which hit my mailbox at different times. Kind of dumb on my part as I was excited to start mixing my own flavors.
Then I only bought from Wizard Labs since they are close to me and had everything I needed until reading what others were making.

Ecigexpress is like a supermarket for flavorings. I buy from there when I can not find a certain flavor or they have a nice sale.
Bull City Vapor has all my current flavor brands and I will buy VT nic there when I run low on the nic I bought at Wizard Labs.
If I'm only going to buy TFA and Cap. then I shop Wizard Labs. For a few cents more you get 2ml more and a glass vial which fits
nicely in my flavor racks. Both Wizard Labs and Bull City Vapor are good places to try out new flavors without spending allot of cash.
I also like PG/VG from Essential Depot which I buy from Amazon.com as I don't mix enough to justify buying a gallon of each,
though they do offer a nice price on their website.

Amazon also has good prices on lab stuff. Sometimes you have to look around to find the best deals, but it's worth it.
They also have 24 slot lipstick racks that make nice flavor racks for most 10ml and less bottles. I use one rack for most used TFA's,
charged 18650 batteries, egos, clearo's, RTA/RDA's and drip tips. The other 3 racks hold just flavorings.

Rotten part is we gotta pay sales tax, but the service and shipping speed make up for it. Also in NC we have http://www.rtsvapes.com/, another great source for pretty much everything you'll need. Then out of Charlotte we have https://www.myfreedomsmokes.com/, a good place for nicotine base (keep an eye out for their sales!) and other stuff as well.

Again, sales tax will bump the prices up a bit, but one thing you'll realize when you start DIY is that it's important to get things quickly.

Thankfully we have some really great DIY resources right here in our home state, so just shop around and go for it!

BULL CITY by far Drew is really a stand up guy and bends over backwards to please his customers, they have everything I need, always fresh flavoring {as he sales a lot] and prices are great. there customer service is far above the rest IMHO. Juct a pleasure to shop there!!!!!
