Coloring

The food coloring in my kitchen is PG based.

I suppose the question of safety would be an individual question to answer. We are vaping food safe flavoring. Food safe coloring won't be much different except it's added chemicals for visual purposes and not needed.

General rule of thumb is, if it doesn't HAVE to be there, then it probably shouldn't. Dress up your mod (or even your tank) with a skin or something. Keep the stuff that you're actually putting in your body as simple as possible. Only sure way to minimize risk effectively. Or go crazy and make rainbows with your juice. It's the same kind of decision you make when you have to decide if you care about diactyl or AP being in your juice. It's about how much "risk" you are willing to assume.

Food coloring....
As in FOOD.... consumption, digestion.
Inhaling is totally different, or we could breath with our Bellies and inhale our food !
:D

Im in the belief if it dont "Need" to be there, whats the point ?
Color will not change the taste, so why would I need it ?
We really dont know long term what any of this does to us..... so Im trying to limit exposure to things I dont need.
Besides....
Most of my mixes change into a Lovely color on their own.

Just MHO.............

You know, that's a good point that I never really considered. Coloring would be effective for juices that would remain relatively clear, but it would eventually become a murky mess with most of the juices I mix because once the aging process of custards and chocolates (and many other flavors when mixed with nic) happens, it just keeps getting darker and darker anyway.

My observations....

TFA RY4 Dble. = Yellowish, but not so "Dirty" that I can still read a label thru a full 30ml bottle after 3-4 weeks.
( 4% )

FA Cuban Supreme = Pinkish, and same as above.... as time passes it gets more brownish/red, but still not Murky.
( 1.5% )

CAP V. Custard v2 = After 3-4 weeks Brown.... Darker than above, but still not Muddy !
( 3% )

FA Tiramisu = Pinkish, and as time goes by it gets more brownish and darker than Cap Custard.... still not mud tho.
( 1% )

FA Bil Berry = Clear.... maybe the slightest yellow tint after 3-4 weeks, hard to tell... probably just the Nic ageing .
( 2% )

Just my experience.
I can judge the Tastiness by the natural color changes !

I suppose you could introduce extra chemicals into your vape, but if they're not adding anything to the experience my main question would be: why?

Color your mod. Leave the juice alone
