Thanks. Yeah possibly not to everyone's tastes, I feel it works well though and was getting bored of straight vanilla custard and strawberry.

A strawberry custard that I enjoy (my recipe):

6% Vanilla Custard v1 (CAP)
2% DDL (TFA)
2% Creamy Yoghurt (CAP)
4% Sweet Strawberry (CAP)
5.75% Strawberry Ripe (TFA)
0.25% Raspberry (CAP)

..oh and hi (first post here) :)
Do you have other "my way" recipes on other sites by chance? Looks good btw

This looks very interesting. Ive made quite a few different variations of strawberry cream and most of them have a deeper, non fruit, non cream flavor to add body (graham cracker, caramel, almond, or butterscotch primarily). I havent yet used dulce de leche though, but it looks like a great fit.

I enjoy this, also do another version minus the raspberry and knock the sweet down to 3% and the ripe to 4-5%.. gives you much more creamy custard.. some say the strawberry is not enough though.. hence this version.. but I'm in two minds.. I think I prefer the less strawberry one.

Hope this makes sense, I've had a few drinks now :)
