For those of you who have ordered through Sourcemore, what is the company name that appears on your credit card statement? I should've double checked this a long time ago, but I placed an order back in December. While checking over my card statement I noticed a company name I didn't recognize-Dezhishen Trading Company, Shenzen, China. Described as Automotive Parts. This transaction posted about the same time I ordered from sourcemore and I can't find a transaction with sourcemore, specifically on the statement. I'm hoping that Dezhishen Trading Co is how sourcemore is listed. But, here is the but... the charge appearing on my card is about $4 more than my order was supposed to be. I'm confused... I'm not sure if I need to dispute that charge. I did send an inquiry to Sourcemore asking how they appear on a statement. Hopefully they answer soon. I'm not sure why the description would be automotive parts. I really hope my card has not been skimmed.

My PayPal says xiaola li but that's PayPal if that helps
If you used a credit card or debit your bank will charge you a few bucks for a international charge. Mine charges $1.50 I think.

It's weird. I placed the order on 12-11-15 and it shows being placed in 12-12. Which makes sense if China is a day ahead. I'm just trying to figure out that extra charge. I'll try my cc customer service and see if they added a charge, and hopefully sourcemore replies before the spring festival starts.

Sometimes charges wont appear until a later date (and with a later date) depending on the bank being used.

I've noticed this with my bank.
Often times purchases made over the weekend wont appear until Monday, and usually with Mondays date.

Could be that my bank didn't process it until Monday
Could be that the sellers bank didn't process it until Monday
Could be that the seller didn't initiate the charge until Monday

I have ordered plenty from China and never had any extra charges from international purchases, but this could be a bank thing but it would bug the living shit out of me personally:)

Well, it's not a bank charge. It could be an exchange rate thing, but 8m going to contact sourcemore. 4 bucks isn't a big deal for one order, but if they do that to everybody, that's a fat profit. The charge most likely was my Kooper Plus order ( and other stuff ), but that extra charge is not cool. If this doesn't get satisfactorily resolved I won't order again.

I'm going to send them a detailed inquiry. When I logged into my sourcemore account. The order shows as $72.66. But my card was charged for 76.72
It almost could be a clerical error when it was processed on the Chinese end.. Very weird...
They have usually replied to me in a day or two, so I'll see what they have to say

Sourcemore says they are looking into it, so we'll see.
