How much sour concentrate should I use?

I'm planning to make some sort of sour candy. I ordered wacky taffy from Mt bakor vapor. I also ordered sour concentrate from them. I've never used a sour concentrate. How much should I use? A drop? Any help is helpful

I have TFA sour, but have never used it. If you have MBV, it's likely Flavor West and perhaps weaker. To be cautious, I'd start with one drop per 10ml and work up to taste.

I plan to make a 15ml to start since I only have 15ml but I'd rather make more incase it's good. How should I start?

Most all MBV (Flavor West) flavors are recommended at 10-15% It's a matter of taste as to how strong you'll like it, so start with 10% and one or two drops of sour.

No MBV/FW Sour experience here, but I use TFA around 1-1.5% in my sour Skittles, blue Jolly Rancher, and the purple Pixy Stick I'm working on...
