Is this mod safe to use? (New to mods)

Hey everyone, I am knew to mods. I have used pens and a simple mech mod but just upgraded to a Sigelei Fuchai 200w. I am also using a Orchid RBA. I am not too knowledgeable on the tank, just that it is a dual coil and is showing .8 ohms. I am using these INR18650 batteries: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NUI45AU/ref=sr_ph?ie=UTF8&qid=1455313365&sr=1&keywords=18650+batterys

I have the mod at 35w right now. I just need to know whats the best watts to set it at and if this is safe to use. Thanks!

The batteries are probably counterfeits, so probably not safe... Vape by flavor, not numbers...

1. Don't buy batteries from Amazon! There are plenty of trusted suppliers, though @Jon@LiionWholesale seems to be one of the best.

2. Even if they're legit (which they probably are, Sammies haven't had a big rash of counterfeiting), you got ripped on pricing.

3. Most important - you should be perfectly safe, especially at that low wattage.

Is there a big Samsung counterfeiting movement the rest of the world is unaware of? Sonys from a suspect source like Amazon and I'd be with you in raising the red flag, but someone could've easily acquired legit Sammies from overseas for less than $4 and still made a killing offing them for $9.50 per...

Some of the reviews as per the link posted say they are counterfeits, as are most 'vaping' batteries on Amazon...

I guess we choose to draw different conclusions between "some of the reviews" and "probably counterfeit." Still better to buy batteries from a legit source rather than eBay or Amazon.

Learn ohm's law, use it, and go by taste and vapor within a safe range.
I usually vape tanks at 1.5 ohm around 12 watts give or take depending. When I roll coils
typically at .5 to 1 ohm I use anywhere from 18-25 watts.

It depends on several variables, VG or PG, type of tank, flavor, ETC.,
so it varies and whatever works best for you within a safe margin
is the correct answer.
Again, if you look at ohm's law you can see what wattage/voltage you should use for a given resistance
and take it from there.

Whether the batteries are bootleg or brand name isn't as important as whether they work correctly.
I buy good brand name batteries from Ebay all the time.
A few times they've been duds but generally they're genuine.
If a merchant buys 1000 batteries at 5 bucks ea from China where most are made
he makes a profit selling them at 10 even if he does free shipping.

Vape on.
