Can't decide what MTL RTA I should buy. HELP

I need a MTL RTA for when I'm traveling and when I vape in public. Tanks that is for lung inhaling produces to much vapor and I don't like it if I lower the power to get less vape. I also don't prefer to keep the vapor in my lungs for a longer period to reduce the vapor. I rather get a good MTL with less vapor vs a bad direct lung hit with less vapor.

What I'm looking for in a MTL RTA is this:
#1 No or little leaking since the tank will be in my pocket a lot, it will probably also be sideways.
#2 Not huge vapor since I will be vaping in public if I have to
#3 Adjustable airflow or at least tight airflow. Non of those tanks that is for MTL but is to airy.
#4 Top fill is a bonus.
#5 Single coil (I prefer this when MTL)

my three go to RTAs for MTL are a kayfun4, Hurricane and an Aqua v2. of the three the kf4 is the only one with top fill and the kayfun4 and hurricane are both single coil; and the aqua v2 can be single or dual.

Given my druthers, I vape high-VG with an RDA or RTA. But that's not always workable. So I've got a Kanger Protank III Mini, with the optional AFC ring, and an iTaste VV4 to power it. I get a satisfactory hybrid MTL/DL vape from that combination, and it's kind of stealthy.
Alternatively: My ELeaf GS-Tank + Joyetech eVic-VTC Mini.

You're getting great recommendations. Good stuff. Here's another.

Kayfun 3.1 (I prefer an Ehpro)

The base design and bottom cap make it leak proof. Super simple and a buzillion accessories are available for it so you can customize the crap out of it. Happy hunting. Let us know what you get and how you like it.

I currently use a Taifun GT 2 but am waiting on delivery of a new one I ordered from Fasttech which looks amazing, the Ehpro Bachelor.

Many good recommendations here, but I got a problem with the Serpent RTA. Isn't that one of airiest RTA's out there?
And even if you could close it all the way down, would it still good? I have tried tanks that have adjustable airflow that can give tight draws but it's just not the same. I prefer tanks that was designed specifically for MTL.

Well it's a SINGLE COIL OPTION RTA
it's airy compare to a KAYFUN, but it's not airy compare to a MUTANK/GRIFFIN ETcc.... you really want a tight draw RTA get a KAYFUN or TAIFUN GT

Yeah, it's still one of the most airy single coil RTA's out there. It just doesn't fit the "MTL" profile if you know what I mean.
Maybe it is good for MTL, I don't know since I have never tried it. Sure I want a "tight" draw. I'm aiming to MTL.
MTL with a airy tank is just awful in my opinion.
I have considered some of the Kayfuns but I always find some weird problem with them. Weird filling options, weird way to adjust the airflow and things like that. Even the newest Kayfun has the problem with adjustable airflow.

Bottom fill, but adjustable draw.
Goblin Mini v1 (v2 has top fill but no adapter for single coil to my understanding)
Lemo Drop
Aqua v2 (can be found VERY reasonably priced)
Delta 2 has an available RBA

All are great for flavor. There are better ones out there, but these I have experience with.

Finding an MTL tank with disposable coils might be easier. There are some REALLY good ones out there, too.

I like that 3.1 by ehpro, the Kayfun Lite Plus V2 is another good one and I got the 3.1 for $6.99 and the Lite for $9.99...

Arrrgghhh, blasphemy...:D
I know, I know, LOL. I prefer to rebuild, too, but finding stuff for MTL is proving difficult, though more are coming out lately. Hoping it becomes a bit of a trend for those of us that prefer a tighter draw. Some sub tanks are good, closed off a bit, some are still too airy due to the AFC and the coils.

MTL vapers are vapers too!! :p (and we want more than just protanks and nautilus)

Can you suggest a few with prebuilt coils that might work as either restrictive DL or looser MTL? Same interests as the OP here. And, our state is voting on March 16 to ban inside public place Vaping, and to add a big fat tax. Uninformed SOB's they are.

Looked at Bachelor, but I've not seen anyone stock the ready to wick semi prebuilt coils yet. Will check again tonight.

Eleaf GS Tank, (not necessarily the GS Air, but they use the same coils). Great flavor, less restricted MTL, and open wide up, approaching DL, but not quite DL, LOL.
Delta 2 tank (takes coils also has RBA available)
Kanger Subtank nano

First 2 have the best flavor, but all have adjustable airflow, delta also has adjustable juice flow. These are just the ones I have that I'd recommend. If you don't mind fiddling with a tank, the UD Balrog is an excellent flavor producer, but can be REALLY fiddly at times.

All are cheap, and on the small side, and great for MTL.

Anyvape Davide BCC Glassomizer with Kanger Airflow Controller.(bottom fill, uses Kanger PT2 coils and can be rebuilt)
Joyetech Tron-S with 1.0 ohm CLR heads, bottom fill, but can rebuild too.
Joyetech Cubis with 1.5 ohm Clapton, top fill but you have to buy coils, as the RBA head is crappy.

Thanks everyone. I do line the idea of a tighter DL/MTL, and will review all these and make a pick.

Would these be OK with 50/50 6 nic as equivalent to the 70/30 or max VG 3 nic in a Crown or tfv4? I don't want to back to the ego days where 18 nic might have been on the weak side. Also, I occasionally get a 15 ml 6 nic to spice up the Kanger mini a little, so I usually use the Kanger at 4-4.5 nic.

I have a 1.5 in Kanger now. It's bearable, but any of the 0.5 's are much better. It's like the Kanger can do MTL but flavor and vapor are much better in sub ohm mode. Hopefully some others here are more versatile for the hybrid Vape.

If you're interested, I have an authentic Kayfun lite I'll sell ya cheap. Tight draw, single coil that's super easy to build on, I've never had a leaking problem with it. I'm a MTL guy too, but it was a little too tight for my liking. I switched to the v4 which can be opened up a little more.

Do you have this tank? Thinking about replacing my KFV4s with these
not yet, I'm waiting to hear back from a friend to see what kind of deal I can make on one.
I have the hurricane which is pretty much the same thing only with a different tank.

No problemo.

They don't actually list the adapter in the box contents which is weird.

Hopefully someone that has one can confirm.

mine is not, that I am aware of. But, the ones at 3fvape are super high quality!
in fact I'm waitng fo them to get the firebird in stock so that I can get one. - the authentic is in the 350$ neighborhood. - I don't care if its named after me, I am not dropping that much on a tank
