10 pack of LG HE2s for $35???

While watching Mod Envy last weekend (while mostly hammered), I could have sworn I heard Joe pimp a vendor offering 10 HE2s for like $35. Anyone know who the vendor is? (assuming I wasn't just too hammered and imagining things). I don't remember at which point in the show it may have been mentioned... I'm not watching the replay to find out, lol.
