20700/21-70 Battery Cases?

I have some of these batteries on the way but can't find cases for them.
I'm looking for the clamshell cases like we use with 18650s.

Seen any?

I got some of these cases from Illumn.

Though they are for 26650s they fit the 20700s fine.
