About variable mods and amps.

Hey guys! I'm fairly new to vaping, i have an Evic Vtc Mini mod and a clone Velocity Mini. I'm using samsung batteries (smurf and grinch).

I'm vaping a dual clapton coil on my velocity mini, reading 0.20 ohms and 13.0-13.5 amps on 36watts on my Evic.

I have 3 questions:
1) I read that smurfs have a max 20amp discharge, but is it safe on my build?
2) If it's safe, does it cause too much stress on the battery?
3) On dual battery mods, does the 13amps divide to the 2 batteries (like 6.5amps each) or you get a total of 40amps?

Any answers, suggestions or recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

Build resistance has nothing to do with battery current when using a variable wattage mod. The watt setting divided by battery voltage gives you battery current. The easy rule to use with vw mods is 20 amp cells are good for about 60-80 watts per cell.
