Adblocker

I keep getting a pop up stating I have an adblocker enabled. I have never installed an adblocker. Could this something my satellite inernet providers has? I do I locate it and disable it. I am currently running an Apple lap top running Safari. My satellite internet provider is Hughs Net Gen 4. Any help here would be appreciated. It is not my intention to block ads from this site, but I am not a computer wiz and dont know how to fix

could even be built into the browser it's self. sometimes in the privacy or content settings.
