Some things to keep in mind.

1) It must have a replaceable battery.
2) It must cost less than $125 shipping included.
3) It must come from you vendor/dealer you trust.

At that price point, you might find a semi-intelligent phone.

To be perfectly honest, any gray market android phone from China is suspect to me. With all the hacking shit and backdoors exposed in the past on gray market electronics from China, I would advise caution. It's up to you.

This is why I'm asking for help I know shit all about SmartPhones...Less than even that actually.I'm only interested in getting a Smartphone because At&t will be canceling all 2G services at the end of this year.
I barely use the dumb-phone I currently have.It is basically an alarm clock for my wife.

EDIT : EDITED TO SAVE TIME

Was looking at this here click me.
Careful with those worldwide phones from China.
They operate on different bands. Most don't work in the states.

Not saying that is the case for what you are looking for, just giving you a heads up.

Some linkage...

eta:
I noticed your carrier is AT&T.
Here are their bands:

AT&T 4G HSPA and HSPA+ use
850Mhz(Band 5) and 1900Mhz(Band 2) bands but it all depends on area if they own a license.

LTE uses Band 17(700Mhz), Band 5(850Mhz), Band 2(1900Mhz), Band 4(1700/2100Mhz) currently.

The specs for the phone you ordered:

2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz
3G: WCDMA 900/2100MHz
4G: FDD-LTE: 800/1800/2100/2600MHz

Cancel your order if you can.

Also, maybe you would be interest in BLU.
They have a few in your price range.
Careful buying on Amazon.
Same as above. If you aren't sure what are buying, you may end up with a phone that doesn't work in the states.

You can order for the US through Walmart.
They don't sell the ones that don't work here.
Have to get it shipped though.
Walmart doesn't carry the phone. They just sell it online.
