Advice on building low ohms coils

I'm a new vaper got into building for sometimes now. I vaped on my friends setup one of them was using dual parallel coils. Any advice on building Parallel build or any other low ohm coils?

In order to recommenrd a bnuild lower than what you currently use it might be helpfull to know more about what you currently vape. You want lower ohms ... Do the exact same build you currently have using more (thinner) wires or use thicker wires.
