My wife was 25 minutes from home. She left 2 hours ago with a load of horses to come home and still isn't home. Nine hours after eclipse. And we aren't even in the total eclipse zone.
Got a shotgun? Quickest way I could think of to clear a crowd.
Wow. That's ridiculous.
Yeah, I was parked in my back yard, nearly the whole time. Didn't get the total eclipse, but not too shabby. I've only seen a lunar eclipse before this, and had to get up at 4am for that one.
Is that when that was? I saw a red moon. I remember thinking, "This is Tatooine!"
Yours turned out better than mine. I went fumbling through my pics and it's dated 2008, so I must have missed the 2015 one.

In a couple of months, I am going to go online and purchase some good quality eclipse viewing glasses when they are not being offered at scalpers prices. $60 for a set of 4 cardboard and plastic glasses?
