hi,just a rda airflow that I worked on https://imgur.com/a/avm0T ,does not fix the over dripping but the liquid don't leak anymore trough the airflow,will just drop on the deck..opinions?

I think you're over thinking this.
Look at the Dovpo Bushido II RDA. Your airflow design is no different how it works than any others. Like I said you're over thinking it. Also with your design you'll lose airflow out of the bottom. Flow follows the path of least resistance.
Make one then. Good luck.
With the Kennedy RDA as long as there is some small spacing between the ends of the wicks and the little air tubes there is no leakage if you dump juice down the middle, excepting only if you over-drip, but then, over-dripping will cause any RDA to leak anyway. Other bottom-airflow RDAs such as the Reload RDA typically always leak like a sieve if you dump juice down the middle.
