So I had a styrofoam cup full of water in my cup holder and I put my vape in the empty cup holder in front of it while I went into the mall to pick up my package. I was in the mall for about 20 minutes and when I went back to my car I realized that there is a hole in my cup and made a very small puddle of water and the vent portion of my vape was down in it. I immediately took it out and wiped it off and when I fired it, it turned on and everything but nothing happened. So I turned it off until I got home and I dried it out completely and I even took a Q tip and cleaned out the vents which was the part that really got wet. I've let it sit for about 8 hours now. I tried to fire it one more time and still nothing so I'm gonna leave it alone for a few days. I just need some advice. Did I fuck up and I should just go ahead and buy a new one or is there anything I can do to save it?

You probably should have let it sit for 24-48 hours without turning it on. If it’s still wet and not broken, turning it on, could be what dried it.
I would let it sit a few days and do nothing to it.
Some have said they cleaned the guts wth isopropyl. I have never tried that; but, maybe someone who has can shine in and share their experience.

Take the batteries out and put it in a bag of rice for 24 hours. The rice will soak up any moisture still remaining inside the mod.

open air, silica gel, instant rice (uncooked white rice is the worst drying agent).....or just buy a new mod.

If you do get it to where it shows some kind of life but doesn't work properly then try upgrading the firmware:

If you put the batteries in and plug the wire in does it show that it's charging or nothing at all?

I've never actually used the wire to charge it, I just have multiple batteries I exchange out when it's dying.
I'll try upgrading the firmware. Like it still turns on with no issue. I can play around on the menu, but when i hold the firing key the seconds start counting, but no smoke comes out.

If you could have used this before you powered it on might have been salvageable. Alcohol can damage plastics and swell rubber.

Have you tried it with a different tank on the mod?

No. I only have one unfortunately. I am going to try in a few weeks when my friend comes to give me an extra vape of his.
