Long story short, I work as a bartender at a high end 'mixology' bar and a lot of my cocktail recipes use amari such as the ones listed in the thread title. If you're not familiar with amaro they are basically Italian bitter liquors. I'm looking at your recipes, HeadInClouds, and this request seems right up your alley. Any help would be very appreciated.
