The same genuis President Elliott Antman, M.D. was quoted saying:
"proven smoking cessation methods should always be tried first.
But if those fail, it is reasonable to have a conversation about e-cigarettes"
Which the fuck is it? "a dangerous and highly addictive chemical no matter what" OR a "proven smoking cessation method" but "if those fail, it is reasonable to have a conversation about e-cigarettes"???"
