I’ve been mech modding for the past few months with great success and one thing I’m still wondering is how much safety margin do you give yourself amp wise. I’m using a .18 build on a VCT5A which gives me 23.3 or 20 amps depending on if you use 4.2v or 3.6v. I know Mooch says use 4.2v for your equations for the added safety margin and 3.6v to get a more accurate idea but I’m curious what members think and practice as well.

I've Vaped 0.12 ohms for a couple years on vct5a's and the battery never gets hot.

No need to if you enjoy the vape you're getting but I have to lol

It’s weird, on an rda I like a .4 build around 55w but on a mech it has to be around .2 to get where I like it.
