^^^THIS^^^Not a deli worker, but I do love a good Reuben if that counts for anything.
I grew up in Jackson, MS and we had a place called Olde Tyme Deli that had some of the best sandwiches, meat, cake, and pastries you'd ever want to eat. I always enjoyed their Reubens, German chocolate cake, and best of all, Napoleans that were to die for! Here's a pic of it back in the day.
I tried working in a deli, but got fired for playing with the meat...

Used to work Food Service in a previous life, I've been in the Corporate Hive for many moons now and you know what? There are times I would rather be back working in a Restaurant or the like.
Rude assholes everywhere and you never escape them.
Thing I do have to say is through my observations those like myself who have ever worked in the Service Industry tip fairly and clean up after ourselves. This comes from having to clean up after self entitled filthy pigs and I'm sad to say that's fairly common these days.
