Are all Cotton Candy flavors 10% EM?

Hi,

I'm about to put in an order for some flavourings and I want ethyl maltol to add to my recipes as a sweetener. On ecig express, I can purchase Flavor West or TPA cotton candy or evena 10% ethyl maltol solution.

Are all of these exactly the same? 10% EM solution in PG? If not which would you recommend?
