The first give away is the one says LED light experts. LED lights need low amps. Vaping Can need much higher amps, and since its all about the amps when asking about safety, the answer is probably NO.
a 5800 mah 18650? Even if that is accurate that is definitely not going to be high amps.
I know we are all trying to save a buck, but seriously imrbatteries, lionwholesale and illum all sell good batteries for $5-8 a piece, thats hould last you a couple years of use if treated well
