as usual for vapesourcing .. no dispatch after 2 weeks

please chase up order number
Order #100175009-cn-sz
and tell me why they have not yet dispatched anything
first the order was for a geekvape legend kit in rainbow
after i asked them 2 weeks later why it had not been sent
they emailed back with lies and said that geekvape were no longer processing the rainbow
so as i did not believe them i asked the geekvape rep
guess what he said
yup .. of course out of stock but still processing ( as i thought )
so i was offered any other colour ... reluctantly i said ok send the azure kit ( and feel free to add any extra as a im sorry we did not mean to make a bad mistake apology )
well 7 days later
still nothing sent out
i would also like to know
why was i not emailed immediately they found out they had no stock of the colour i ordered and they could not get one in any reasonable amount of time
why did they wait two weeks till i emailed them to tell me they had no stock
why was their first option to lie to me and say it was no longer being made / processed
these were all very poor business decisions
why do they keep making them .. its not the first time you have done this to someone
its all over every forum on the net .. i thought you would have learned by now
so
where is it
why has it not been sent
and lookie
its posted online your representatives will lie rather than tell the truth for even minor things
and why do they not answer emails with answers .. it just gets customers even more upset
