The "Advertising Standards Authority" in the UK has the Authority to control twitter and Youtube now?

But they don't think an ecig brand named "Hubbly Bubbly" is named towards fucking kids???

They can control the damn Internet and they have the Authority to take down tweets and youtube vids

BUT they don't have the Authority to control a business from using "Hubbly Bubbly" as an ECIG BRAND!!!

I mean for Christs sake "Hubbly Bubbly" probably infringes on a BUBBLE GUM manufacturers trademark but tweet and youtube vids showing ADULTS VAPING IS OFF THE FUCKING TABLE????
