Aspire suing Horizonecig over Arctic tank?

I heard a rumor this weekend that Aspire is suing Horizonecig over the Arctic because of patent infringement. Has anyone else heard this or can possibly shed some light on this?

A Chinese company suing another Chinese company because of patent infringement? Huh? Could it be a scare tactic from a competitor so folks would stay away from the artic brcause of a possible stoppage of manufacturing of its coils? That sounds more like it. Artic, hands down, the hottest item out there right now.

It would surprise me, when I was at the TPC in Vegas there was about 20 Atlantis Clones.

As I said, it was a rumor I heard, and hope is not true cause it doesn't make much sense. The Arctic doesn't really look or perform like an Atlantis.
